Horrible customer service. I had bought Groupons 3 different times and got my hair done all 3 times. My mother bought me a Groupon to getmy hair done for my birthday. I specified it was a Groupon that I was using when I called tomake my appointment. I gave my full name. I showed up on time to use my Groupon today and Marta was quick to tell me I couldn't use it since I've used one in the past. She kept saying how she doesn't make money on the Groupon and it's a limit of one per person.So my questions to her were:1. Why was I able to come 3 times before?2. Why didn't someone call me before I got a sitter to come to my appointment to let me know this all of a sudden wasn't allowed anymore?3. Could she please make an exception since she is the owner? Her answer to #1 was basically she didn't know. That Groupon shouldn't have let me buy it 3 times in the past. That Groupon was responsible and should refund my mom her money. How would Groupon even know my mom was buying it for me?Her answer to #2 was that no one called me to tell me it wasn't acceptable because no one knew I had been there before. What??! Makes zero sense since she was quick to let me know as soon as I arrived that she wouldn't be doing my hair since I had a Groupon.Her answer to #3 was no because she doesn't make any money. Seriously. My mind is blown. What happened to customer service? She's not of a younger generation. She's an older lady that owns a business that wouldn't accommodate a customer. She kept blaming Groupon. She said she waited 3 hours for me. Why in the world in those 3 hours did she not see if I was in the system and call to rejectme then? Never again. I've recommended people to come here and won't be doing that anymore.Totally disappointed.

My very first time trying out this nail shop and im very disappointed! Service was poor. The ladies doing nails had very bad attitudes. Then when it was time for me to pay they acted like my money wasnt good enough. Not to mention i gave them a hundred dollar bill and they held my change didnt wanna give it to me till i walked out����
Save yourself the headache. My wife and I visited this place twice . First time we waited about 1.5 hours and service was normal. Second time as soon as we walked in, the owner was rude but we decided to wait . 2 hours later we left . The workers are so slow and even though the service was normal, it's not worth the wait . While we waited, many clients came and left , I don't know how this place is still in business. Be aware, the prices are the same as other places, it would be a good idea to call and ask them if they have the time before walking in.

I don't think they understand English very well because they do whatever they feel like to your nails instead of what you want.
