I found someone who really understands! My primary doctor could not find anything wrong even though I felt tired, bloated and a family history of thyroid issues. Randi diagnosed me with Hashimoto's. I began working with Randi in July of 2016. I had the tests run for thyroid and hormones. My symptoms at the time were overwhelming and debilitating, I had been having problems for years and no other health care practitioner had caught it.

Though Randi said I was a complicated case (because of the decades long timeline and severity of my symptoms) and and it would take some time to make the changes I needed. I was having trouble working and all areas of my life were deeply impacted. I felt like I had hope for the first time in years.

Randi helped me understand the need for proper nutrition and supplements, especially at the beginning of the process. I took as many of the necessary supplements and the medications as I was able to afford. I changed my diet over time. I began to feel better within days of starting supplements and within weeks of starting the thyroid and hormone medications.

I was re-tested regularly and my symptoms steadily improved. Randi continued to adjust my prescriptions and supplementation as needed. She answered every question, was rapid in responding to every email and every call. I have never felt so well taken care of by any health care practitioner.

Now, in June of 2018, nearly 2 years later, I'm well enough I no longer need thyroid medication. I'm managing my symptoms with diet, supplements, and taking excellent care of myself (which I now have the energy to be able to do!!). I continue to improve and I'm thrilled at how healthy I feel. I can work more, I can be more social with my friends and family, I'm able to have more of my daily life run and feel easy and productive. Two years ago it felt impossible. Now I feel amazing.

There are times when I am simply amazed at how Randi pulls all the information together and works with me to develop a plan that works for me. She listens to my goals and my concerns and responds. I never cease to be amazed at how she hears what I am not saying, gently probes and then she works with me to address my wholistic needs. I am so grateful to Randi for her knowledge, wisdom and care! I'd been disappointed with the time and support I'd been getting with my provider and was looking for someone who cares about how I feel and wants to help me improve my overall health. I am a recent patient to Wise Woman Wellness from outside of Wisconsin and I am so thankful to have found Randi and her team! I've been a patient of a variety of progressive providers for years as I tried to navigate menopause, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, adrenal fatigue and just general tiredness and low energy. I believed I was fairly conversant about all of these topics, but wasn't having much luck in controlling any of them. Enter Randi Mann and her amazing staff at Wise Woman Wellness. Her functional medicine approach to our very complex body systems was beyond enlightening! I believed the supplements I had been taking were comparable to any around--boy was I wrong! We compared labels during my first visit and I was shocked at how inadequate my previous supplements were and I immediately switched to all the pharmaceutical grade supplements that Randi has recommended. The results? Nothing short of miraculous! I'm finally sleeping well AND through the night! My energy has increased, and I have so much more joy in my life (as opposed to being worn out and cranky all the time)! I'm happy to be investing in quality products instead of wasting money on cheaper brands that were not helping me.
Randi also performed Thyroflex testing and the results bore out exactly what I had felt for some time...my thyroid hormones are way out of whack! This is one of the only tests that can verify how the thyroid gland is (or isn't) working properly when blood work comes back in the normal range. There are few practitioners in this country who take their patient care seriously enough to invest in equipment that can actually impact their ability to get substantially improved results and Randi is one of them!
The staff at WWW has been prompt and quite efficient in dealing with shipping supplements and handling my various requests from out of state. I'll be a work in progress for some time, but I now have the ability to think and make rational decisions because I'm feeling "normal" again! Can't thank you all enough for your wisdom and caring.

I have been a patient of Randi Mann's since 2010. I cannot imagine going through "the change" without Randi and her staff's guidance, expertise and concern. I started seeing Randi back in 2010 and couldn't be happier with the results I'm getting. I went to her because I was suffering from symptoms of menopause and I wanted them to STOP!!! They are now gone and I've gotten so much more out of my time at the clinic. I've learned so much about the human body and what makes it run smoothly and what can cause issues. I've found my favorite line of supplements, too! I thought all vitamins were the same, but I can tell you that switching to a pharmaceutical-grade supplement made a big difference...I can feel the difference. So, seven years later and I'm still a very satisfied patient at Wise Woman Wellness. I feel better than I did in my younger years before hitting menopause. I highly recommend Randi and her team.

Extremely disappointed. I started treating at the clinic in March 2016 with Suzanne. I was put on hormone cream and thyroid medicine. I had one follow up appointment with a slight improvement in symptoms. This past month, all my symptoms returned, and I discovered the pharmacy had given me wrong thyroid med. I tried several times to contact WWW but got no response from Suzanne. You'd think your provider would be concerned that you'd been taking the wrong Rx for a month which caused all your symptoms to return. Apparently it doesn't concern anyone at WWW. I tend to agree with the previous reviewer - a lot of money for nothing, and they just keep trying to sell their supplements. I'm very upset I wasted my money.

Very disappointed. I spent close to 1000.00 and was not reimbursed by my insurance for any of it. I was led to believe during the seminar and at my follow up appointment that most major insurance companies will reimburse at an out of network rate. Not so. Also the entire two hour appointment with Randi was literally her trying to sell me a full page of supplements and hormone creams. She performed a useless breast exam and an equally useless reflex test then tried to get me to do another 700.00 worth of labs. When I went for my yearly exam at my family doctor I was told the hormone test is unreliable and that the entire business is a scam.
