The Sharper Edge Landscaping did a fantastic job with my entire landscaping. The designers are creative, courteous and responsive. From the seeded lawn, installation of trees & shrubs around the house, the fantastic hardscaped patio to the continued services of their lawn mowing, fertilizing, and landscape maintenance services, I can not say enough about them. I have had other landscapers and lawn care companies in the past from the Green Bay & De Pere area and they don't even come close to The Sharper Edge. They are the real deal when it comes to an overall all one stop shop for my landscaping and lawn care service needs. When I say I want the best looking lawn and that I do not want to lift a finger in having the best looking lawn, The Sharper Edge is the company to hire. They mow weekly, have great fertilizing technicians and their landscape maintenance division is second to none. Best landscaping and lawn care company in the area if not the state. Very happy customer and will continue spreading the good word about you guys.

Very expensive! came to my mothers house to do some yardwork… She ordered 16 hours and four people showed up for three hours and the bill was $800.... That's $50 an hour per person, And they missed branches that were hitting the house .... I would not recommend!
First, they were hired to landscape the front flower beds. For no reason, they kept pushing me back for weeks. When they finally did come, they planted dead flowers! That wasn’t enough for Sharper Edge Landscaping—they had to come back and kill the grass too. Wouldn’t it be obvious that a robust, commercial grade riding lawnmower is too much for young, newly planted grass seed? They tore up part of my lawn, but wow did they do a number on my neighbors yard!
Landscape Associates of DePere, WI performed poor workmanship, overlooked details in the design plan, and handled problems in a rude impatient manner. A project that should have taken less than a week took over two months to complete. On the first day of planting two young, and seemingly inexperienced, men came to our home to plant trees, shrubs and grass. The crew did a very poor job of planting the trees; they left before watering freshly planted shrubs, and littered the planting beds with plastic bag parts. We had to call the owner of the company on more than one occasion to request that his crew fix and/or finish jobs they started such as edging the planting beds. We also repeatedly asked the owner, Mr. Andrews to provide more topsoil. The biggest problem however was the centerpiece of the design, a “grove” of three trees. All three had lichen on them and did not appear to be particularly healthy. They were also four feet taller than specified in our contract. This was a problem since they were being planted under a large maple tree. At a height of over 10’ they had little room to grow before meeting the lower branches of the tree. When we asked for new trees the size designated in the plan, Mr. Andrews, the owner of Landscape Associates told us he could not get the 6’ size from his supplier (this was early in June) and provided no options to rectify the problem. He demonstrated a take it or leave it attitude to us. We reluctantly accepted the trees. In less than a week’s time about half of the leaves on two of the three trees turned brown. Mr. Andrews initially only agreed to replace one of the sick trees. Since we wanted the three trees to all be the same height we asked for another 10’ tree as a replacement. Instead, without communication from the company, a 6’ tree was delivered (the size Mr. Andrews had previously said was unavailable). Weeks later when Mr. Andrews finally agreed to replace the other sick tree he said he would deliver a second 6’ tree. We had started trimming the remaining 10’ tree back to bring it closer in appearance to the smaller, younger trees. But instead, without notice from the company an 8’ tree was delivered. Lack of communication had been an ongoing problem since planting started with Landscape Associates. Lack of trust also became an issue when Mr. Andrews repeatedly delivered a different size tree than promised. We paid Landscape Associates for professional services and received amateur workmanship which dragged out for much longer than expected. I learned a lot from this experience and one thing is that I would not recommend this company.
