Awesome fast service!!! Very knowledgeable. Got my phone there and a few months later cracked the screen. Was able to go back to the same store for repair

I went into the Sprint store in Dayville, CT. about 3 weeks ago. The first time I went in I waited 45 minutes to even get any assistance. Once i finally got some assistance I told them I needed my phone screen to be fixed. At that point the person working told me they didn't have any new screens in stock at the moment, but they did have a used one in good condition. He showed me the used phone screen, it had a crack in it. I declined and asked them to order a new one. He said it would be in that coming Friday. Friday, I got a call saying that the phone screen was in. I brought the screen down to the store, and they told me it would take about 45 minutes to fix. I left and came back 45 minutes later and they told me they hadn't even started it yet. He said to give him another 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later, and he tells me he ordered the wrong phone screen. He then tells me he can order the correct phone screen and it will be in on Monday. Monday came and went and I never received a call. Finally, Wednesday I called them and asked if the screen was in. He then told me he had to look for it, and he would call me back. When he called me back he said the phone screen is in. I went down to the store, and he repaired my phone screen in about 30 minutes. I went to pick up the screen, and everything looks okay. 7 hours later, I was sitting on the couch in my living room, and I picked up my phone, to find another huge crack in the screen. (The phone was in a sturdy case, and has not been dropped. It was very well taken care of). Now, all of that hassle, and they tell me they can't do anything for me now. Thanks Sprint.

Has to be the worst company I've ever been to in my life. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would. I will NEVER go back there, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone ever go there.
