I received a text telling me if I stopped by a Sprint store by September 10th I would get a free car charger. When I went to the kiosk in the Vousia Mall and requested the charger the associate was unable to give it to me as her register would not accept the code in my text. She made several calls and got no where. One of the responses she conveyed to me was the promotion was over. I was there on September 9th and the text did not specify "while supplies last." She did have the charger that was being given away. I had to go back to work so I left my number and asked the manager to call me back. I never received a call and never got my charger. I've been a customer for over 7 years. Big disappointment!
I ordered a new iPhone for my wife on November 28th from the Sprint store by Maycom at 1808 West International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL. As of December 26th, I still do no have the phone. This is a totally unsatisfactory situation. At the time of purchase, David was very nice and helpful. The phone was supposed to arrive a week later. When I called, I was told the box arrived by there was no phone in it and that the situation would be resolved shortly. Over the next few weeks I called on numerous occasions to check the status and had promises that someone would call me back. No one returned my calls. This morning, December 26th, I spent 31 minutes on hold waiting for the store manager to take my call. Very nice music but the store manager never picked up. I then called back. David answered and gave me the same story about there being nothing he could do to resolve the situation and promised to call me back today. Perhaps he will but I doubt it. I understand the situation may be unusual but 4 weeks without a new cell phone is ridiculous. Maycom's customer service and support is abysmal and totally unsatisfactory.
