Absolutely Fantastic.. answered phone immediately, had me come directly over &'start the process . Worked tirelessly to get the situation resolved.. Wish I would have called Bob Barry first. Sadly the first bonds woman I called answered the phone, said she would call back BUT NEVER DID &'this was after I made several more attempts for an update, 2 texts &'2 messages later. I gave up. Apparently the case was not "LARGE" enough for her.. Don't make my same mistake.. Call Bob Barry FIRST..
