This company is malicious.. vindictive ..racist ..Do not Rent or do business with this company ..Steve is a heartless ..unprofessional ignorant spiteful individual...he will lie..manipulate and find every reason not to repair or maintain a safe rental environment for his tenants..he will belittle you and argue with you..if you complain he will retaliate and threatening to kick you out or not renew your lease..if anyone is experiencing this..it's illegal and consider as harassing and landlord retaliation .. a landlord is legally responsible and obligated to make repairs if not sue him ..report him to the housing authority..state attorney or sue him in small claims court ...it's no reason for this company or Steve to treat their tenants like this .. this company is full of savages

WORST CONDO MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER - I lived in Oceans One Condo in Daytona Beach Shores for 3 years & have never been treated SO RUDELY. Tina Morbitzer & her staff will never give you a straight answer & are never helpful. Once my wife & I forgor our keys to our condo, I called Tina Morbid (for short) & she would not get anyone to come over to let us in. We had to get a room for $200 for the night. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE IS THAT TINA MORBID? We had a water leak into our condo clearly from a common condo pipe & she would not claim responsibility. She said "Your claim should be filed with the insurance carrier for Unit #604. May I also suggest that you notify your own insurance agent.". We had to pay like $6000 to fix it. Another time we had an electrical box fail on the floor below my unit, again clearly a condo issue, but no they would not claim responsibility. One HOA meeting, Tina MORBID was over 30 minutes late with no excuse, HOW RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. To be continued

Only giving a 1, because I can't give a zero. Very unprofessional place. When concerns arise and this office is contacted you are made to feel as though you are a huge inconvenience and that its all your problem. I only can hope my HOA chooses another management company in the future.
