Horrible wish I could leave 0 🌟... Mobile Manager Danny is rude and disrespectful, refused to honor advertised price listed in front of product, then turned from us and walked away. Came in the store to purchase 2 cell phones as we have done numerous times at Bestbuy without issue. The Samsung S9 and S9+ have a normal price sticker which do not have any specific promotion information or end dates.The Samsung S9 shows on the price advertising save $50.16.The Samsung S9+ says save $100.08 on the price advertising.When my fiance and I attempted to upgrade our phones, we were told those prices ended this morning. When I questioned this information as it is not listed Danny, who said he is the mobile manager, said it was a pre-order purchase price which ended last night. I inquired further as that is not listed anywhere and he said it is in his head!Danny who was completely rude, turned his back and walked away, after I said that wasn't good enough, as the advertisement is still in front of each phone and their mistake is not my our. We simply wanted to purchase 2 cell phones at the price your Bestbuy Daytona Beach, Fl has in front of them. When I asked for the store manager, Danny said that is me and walked away yet again. I said no you are the mobile manager, I want the store manager, Danny said he went home already.My fiance got Asst. Manager will to cone over about 20 mins later and he said he would give me a free case for our troubles, but that is all.Well that just isn't going to cut it, this simple purchase should have taken and hour tops. We have been at this store for 2 hours and 50 mins and nobody at Bestbuy wants to fix their mistake.I hope Bestbuy does the right this and corrects this mistake. Service provider is great... on the other hand dirk who works at the store dont know customer service at all... waited 45 minutes patiently to buy a new phone and after waiting he was confrontational the whole time then kicks me out taking my business to the international store..
The guy told me an hour for a front screen repair in my iPhone and I went for lunch and got a message 35 minutes later that my phone was ready!! Excellent quality product and service... Thank you thank you thank you..WP
