I hired Stepniak & Park in 2013 to address an assault accusation that was entirely without merit. I retained the firm to handle my divorce preceding which worked out exactly as he advised me on the outcome and at the present time the firm is retained for an ongoing custody battle. The firm is busy but they always get back to me in a timely fashion. They have settled many of my worries and have come through with flying colors for me and my children. With any court proceeding it would be in your best interest to speak to several attorneys before you put your interests in their hands. This firm is capable and reliable. The only attorney that could possibly do a better job for me and my family resides and practices in N.Y. My money has been well spent and my results have been exactly as advised. I never had any problems with my representation at Stepniak and Park. Robert Stepniak represented me and I'll admit he was busy, but he always returned my call the same day. If he was in court I left a message, but I was always asked if someone else in the office could help, and they reassured me. I can't ask for more than that.

Handled issues in an efficient manner; was patient, provided thorough and concise explanations and I was satisfied with the representation. Admittedly, I did search online for reviews before retaining Robert Stepniak and its obvious all the negative reviews are left by the same person, with the same login ID. Hey, there's a fine line between a review and a smear campaign.

Do not hire Bob Stepniak. I wish that I had read the previous posts on this website before I made the mistake of hiring him. He talks a good game until he has your money and then your case is over. He is rude, condescending, and unresponsive to phone calls, emails etc. He is scared of opposing other attorneys. He spends lots of time talking about himself rather than addressing your case. He hides behind his bullish paralegal. He will come up with subsequent fees to what you previously agree to. I have had to hire another attorney to finish what he was too scared to fight for.

Too bad there's not a zero rating. Agree with all the rest of the ratings on here. This man is rude, quick to take your money, does not communicate once he gets your money, leaves his secretaries to run interference for him. He does not fight for the client who hired him. He sure talks a good talk before he gets your money then does not follow through. However you can GET YOUR MONEY BACK BY FILING A BAR COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION. All Florida Attys who are members of the FL Bar Assn. have to pay annual dues, and a portion of that goes into a trust fund to reimburse clients who get snowed into very bad situations like this. And ironically the magic number of the amount that the FL Bar association will reimburse is $2500.00. Just google "Florida Bar Association file complaint" and it walks you through it all. Simply tell the truth. We've been told so many lies by him and his staff that he cannot even remember what he's said to us. But we do :)

I think going through my divorce was one of the worse years of my life. When there are children and several assets involved it can be a nightmare. I hired Stepniak and Park Law Firm and I just want to say my experience with the firm could not have been better! The staff in the office is wonderful to talk to and they really make you feel good about yourself and made this go much smoother than expected. I would recommend this Law Firm to anyone needing family law assistance.

There is nothing worse than having to go through a divorce with young children. When I went for my consultation I was relieved of alot of stress and worry. Mr. Stepniak was knowledgeable is every aspect of my case. I was very pleased with the office staff and the great service that I received. My divorce went smoother that expected and I would highly recommend this firm.
