This is not Eric, I have no clue who he is. This is Gail. I had my gutters done today. I can't say enough good things about Fred and his installers. The installers answered all of my questions which would have been answered without them, if I had given them time to finish. They were very kind. I'm extremely happy.

Awesome Job!!! Very professional. The guys were very informative, polite, and very neat! Asked my opinion on what they were doing and that meant a lot to me, rather than putting something up that I wasn't happy with. I have one more section of gutter to be replaced. I called Fred Krantz and he came out the same day concerning my moisture problem. I had intrusion after heavy rain. He determined that larger gutters might help and gave me an estimate. When I decided to get them, I called Fred back and my gutters were installed the next day! Now, that’s what I call service! He also is very nice to deal with.

Fred was very responsive and made sure the job was done promptly and satisfactorily. Needed repairs from Hurricane Irma and Jrantz was only ones to show up to do the job and they had best price too! I would hire again and definitely recommend them. Other companies were gouging and not professional.

Over 4 months and is still not completed. Fred has made several promises to complete my job with no action. When they first did the job they left a huge mess on my porch and didn't haul away the old gutters, I had to call them several times to get this done.

Work done not as promised, poor workmanship, owner will not respond once you have paid him even though you have a warranty on product/work. DO NOT CONTRACT with this company.

Fred the owner is a great guy, replys quickly and shows up on timen and is fair in his pricing. He has installed gutters on 3 homes of our familys and we have had no issues. Couldnt ask for a better gutter company. The Elders "daytona beach"
