I had a recent issue with a corroded battery terminal that put me in a major bind. The terminal was so badly corroded, I could not take a chance to wait to have it repaired, and because of the July 4th holiday, I had a very small window available for the repair to be done because I absolutely had to have a reliable vehicle following the holiday for the remainder of the week. I originally tried to get in touch with my local Ford dealer, literally down the street from me, but their service folks would not even answer the phone. I even left a message after 4 attempts and they never returned my call. So, I tried on Sunday to go to a chain repair place, and they wanted an astronomical sum for the repair, which they informed me of at lunchtime on Monday. Enter Gary Yeoman's. I spoke with service advisor Chuck, got a price and labor estimate, and with the 4th of July holiday the following day and the need for my car the day after, I begged him to let me bring it over that day. I didn't even really have to beg as he told me to bring it right over. I got it there at 2:30 and they got me out in a couple of hours. During the time I waited, service advisor after service advisor came in to update other folks as to the status of heir vehicles, and more than once. I found this attention to the customers to be quite impressive. Kudos to Chuck and Gary Yeoman's for their most excellent customer service culture. I will NEVER take my Ford anywhere else. Thanks again!

My husband had a particular type of Ford pickup truck he wanted. We pulled onto the lot and was just browsing. Now I am a impatient type of person when it comes to this. The Salesman Named Champ approached us and asked what type we were looking for. He was GREAT!!!! Very knowledgeable of the inventory. Took us to the exact pickup. He was not pushy and he did not pressure us into a test drive. We ended up buying the truck then and there. The buying process literally took less than an hour. This was by far the best experience we have had buying a vehicle. CHAMP you have our future business. I would recommend everyone. Ask for Champ.

I have two Ford vehicles and they both get serviced at Gary Yeomans. Willie in the QuickLane is my "numero uno" guy for all oil changes, tire work, brakes, etc.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon and test drove a Focus Hatchback and an Escape. I went home and did some research on both. I decided to research the Fushion also. I had one for 8 years and felt the car was a good value however did not want the same car again. After I saw the new body style and researched I decided to try again. I picked out the one I wanted from the Internet listings and the salesman had it ready for me to test drive and buy. I had a great experience from the beginning to end!

Overall

This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Gary Yeomans Ford in the last three years and every experience has been a good one. Kristen was especially helpful and more than willing to assist us in any way she could, including a follow up call to see what we thought of our new vehicle. We live 2 miles from another Ford dealer but always take the drive to Daytona because of the best deal and the great service.

after much haggling we arrived at a negotiated ney payment of 6685 when presented with the [urchase ordre it was 8000 plus w2hen questioned we were told that was dealer preparatio 2000 plu taxes etc we walked out furious at what we perceived as atrocious deceptio. as we app-rroached our ford explorer they knocked on their window and gave us a tnumbs up on tne bet 6685 ststing a retail price of 24000

wegot home and unfortunately saw an add for an escape at 25000 marked down to 17999.it leaves me with a sour feeling that this was never presented to us abd ifeel we paid too much for our car.rubin was very helpful in finalyzing our exchange of cars else rating would be worse I would hope an additional discount would be given to us

Only snag was when I arrived at the dealership I asked the receptionist for "Bill" in Internet Commerical sales and she said there were FOUR (4) Bills and I did not know his last name. She had to try all four before finding Bil Bacmeister. It would have been nice to have known ahead of time that you have 400 employees and many with the name of BILL? !!! relatively minnor issue!
