Burger King

I was screamed at by the drive thru girl ( Katie) cause I didn't understand what she said when she mumbled through the speaker...and proceeded to order...she yelled back in a nasty voice "I TOLD YOU YOU NEED TO WAIT!"



I apologized for not understanding what she said and waited about 3 minutes for her to come back on even there were no other cars in sight ahead of me.

When she came back on and I ordered, a whopper jr with cheese lettuce, tomato, mayonaise and onion, and a crispy chicken sandwich, she repeated back a "whopper jr with lettuce and tomato". I kindly responded " it was a whopper jr with cheese, lettuce tomato and onion. At that point I was horrified when she yelled back through the speaker " YOU DON'T NEED TO BE SO RUDE! I said I wasn't being rude just making sure she got the correct order. She yelled back again " YES YOU ARE RUDE!I DON'T NEED YOU TO BE SO RUDE TO ME!



With this unbelievable reaction from her, I decided to just get the heck out of there because she was nuts and trying to pick a fight with me over nothing! As I droveout, she leaned out the window with a nasty look and started screaming at me. I calmly told her she was rude and left and tracked down the number and spoke to the manager a few days later. ALthough the manager slightly apologized, she seemed to not want to hear what happened and as I told her the story, she was verbally already making excuses for her of what may have happened with the customer before her that might have upset her. I could see that the manager wasn't taking this situation serious at all and feel that the complaint fell of deaf ears. I will not go back to that place because they seem to have crazy people working there. I do love Burger King and will continue to get my crispy chicken #6 elsewhere.
