DO NOT GO HERE! My husband and I were staying across the street at the Hilton and I stopped in this shop for a quick gel pedicure. I thought it was strange that the lady had me move from the chair/basin to a manicure table where she did my toes under the table, but brushed it off. Because of this I couldn't get a good look at them until after I got back to the hotel. It was then that I realized I had gotten the sloppiest, worst pedicure I've ever had. And I mean a five year old could've done a better job! Since I had paid $40 for this I decided to go back and let them know I wasn't happy with the service. I politely let the owner know it was a very poor job and I'd like my money back. Instead of apologizing and refunding me (or offering to redo them), he began yelling at me and was very irate and hostile. After he ranted for a few minutes (in front of 2 other customers) I asked him why he was getting so upset when I had simply asked for a refund for poor service. He said he was upset that I asked for my money back! He continued to yell at me and the manicurist also came from the back and starting verbally berating me as well. He basically told me to get out of his shop. I did report this to my bank and disputed the charge, not because $40 is that important to me, but because I refuse to pay someone to treat me this way. If he had apologized and given me a refund or offered to correct the problem I wouldn't have bothered. Please do not go to this salon... just keep on driving and find a better place!!
NEVER GO HERE! This woman is rude, and uses her oriental accent to rip people off! She charged me $60 for a "deluxe" pedicure when I did not agree to a deluxe, and she said that I did. The nail polish manicure was another $17. My total for a regular pedicure and manicure (not gel) was $77. In addition to that, she took way too long. The shop is FILTHY and I am sure there is some kind of cleanliness rules being broken here.
It took tge guy forever to do my nails and not even 5 hours after I got them done two of them cracked. I let them fix them the first time. My nail cracked again the next day and I already been back there 3 times in less than 48 hours so I just wanted my money back. But they refused to give me my money back andThey insisted that my nail was breaking because of me and not because of there poor service of my nails. Even though I have gotten my nails done on a regular basis in the past and I have kept them on for 2 months at a time. This was an all around bad experience. Do not go to V Nails, go somewhere with more professionalism and care for there customers.
I got a facial waxing, gel manicure, delux pedicure, and a mini facial. Diana is friendly, profesdional, and very experienced! Really takes her time to do everything perfectly! Great way to spend my birthday!
I was there last week to do my nails while I was on vacation the worst job ever and I paid $50 so expensive not worth it I will give this place no stars if I could
Yesterday, I went to go get a nice manicure. I did not want any polish, but i wanted him to use the pink stuff and buff my nails and make them shine! Here is ny experience....he first started off by insulting me because my nails were too short for him. Then, he barely filed them, barely cut back my cuticles, then used his buffer he probably got from the dollar store and then told me to go wash my hands. That was it! No cuticle oil.....no heating pad with lotion....no soaking. Plus, he cussed these girls that complained about the job he did before me all the way out the door! NEVER GO HERE! AWFUL!!!
The woman Sally who supposedly owns the place overcharges you and refuses to refund the differences. They completely screwed up my fill in so I didn't even let them continue.. they do extra stuff to ur nails after you telling them you don't want it and then makes up prices for it. Avoid this dirty shop.. entire place is full of foreign people who commits fraud all day. cant even find them on the bbb.
I got my nails done last Thursday, and two of them have broken within the last two days. I've never experienced anything like this, and I've been getting my nails done for a very long time.I walked in the salon and was told it would be an one hour wait. Fine. I did some shopping around in the complex. I came back and sat down to wait for my turn. The gentleman at the front desk informed me that there were only two people doing nails today. That's absolutely insane to me. Why are there only two people working on nails in a nail salon? I'm assuming the other workers only knew how to do pedicures only. I just got in the chair for my one nail repair and the nail tech buffed and filed and nails. Without even cleaning the nail off from the dust from the acrylic, she was about to paint it with all the residue on it. I asked if she could clean it off and the owner rudely interrupted and said I could clean it when I get home. Absolutely unprofessional and rude.
I had been to this nail salon years ago and was in the Daytona Beach area on 05/17/2016. I went in for a pedicure - after picking out a color and walking toward the back I noticed that the ped chairs were all cracked and worn out. I met the woman who did my ped ... she barely spoke to me and acted like she didn't speak English or understand English. I told her that she was hurting me and she shrugged her shoulders. I walked away with three nicks and one cut. I will never return to this worn-out poorly staffed business again.
