Do not stay at this hotel! After driving 2 days to get to Florida we just wanted a shower and relaxation. That didn't happen. This hotel room was so dirty and the bathroom a joke, the water dribbled out. No way could you take a shower. We had to go in search of other accommodations and was still charged when we couldn't even stay there!
One of my favorite vacation experiences in Florida! The rooms are very nice, close proximity to shops and restaurants, and great beach access. Would love to go here again!
The one and only thing good that I can say about this hotel is that it is in a great location. Everything else about this hotel is just BAD, please do not stay here and make the mistake that I did. I am usually not very picky about my hotel stays, but this place was just bad. The balcony door doesn't work, A/C was broken, WIFI doesn't work, extremely old tv, our keys did not work, and the whole place just seemed dark and dingy. But for some reason they did update the lobby.
Although the location was a little father than I wanted it to be, it is still a great hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. Everything else about the hotel was pretty average.
A really great hotel that is right on the water. I would definitely stay here again. The prices are really great considering it's location. This hotel really lives up to the Hilton name.
The Indian working in the office, is very rude, and incompetent. May Pakistan invade his home country. He also needs to learn the use of basic hygiene items. Toothpaste and deorderant might be a great start. He is also a very rude thief. He kept money for a 2 night stay that he didn't allow. He is a greedy, cow worshipping piece of crap.
Beautiful location and attractions! wonderful staff who provided courteous service and answered my questions
Dirty roaches. Staff runs it horribly got bites from bed bugs or fleas not sure which do yourself a favor don't stay here
My wife and I were so much looking forward to spending three days of our honeymoon at the Acapulco. Sadly, our experience was marred by the ineptitude and indifference shown us by the front-desk personnel. As soon as we arrived, they sent us into a room that was already occupied and didn't even apologize for having done that! We booked a room with a kitchenette. They forgot to stock the room with plates, cups, knives, forks, and pans. We noticed we didn't have a balcony table, so we asked for one. Seventeen hours later, it still hadn't arrived. The housekeeping supervisor finally got us one.During the second day of our stay, my wife, who needed to park in the handicapped place. When she couldn't do so, the front desk clerk indifferently claimed that her engineers stated there was parking available. After driving around for some time, she finally found a place to park. In spite of this, I actually WOULD recommend this hotel...either to an enemy or to someone with a sufficiently strong masochistic streak who might enjoy the Acapulco's exquisite blend of politeness combined with total customer indifference
Great view. Pretty run down and not the cleanest. Over priced. Spend more money and get a better motel down the road
