Purchased refrigerator and they agreed to install water line for ice maker.Told me on 4 different days that someone was coming to install but never showed up. Eventually I did it myself. Do not recommend using this company very undependable.Once they have your money, they don't care!

Purchased a Used Washer and a Used Dryer from this place. They delivered the Washer and Dryer and after a lengthy install process we finally had our Washer and Dryer. I could not do laundry as I still needed to buy a dryer duct clamp and install it. The next day I began a load of laundry only for it to simply stop and all the lights to go off and it wouldnt do a darn thing. After contacting Diannes, I felt like they didnt want to accept blame and yet here I sat with a non working Washing machine that did not even complete its first cycle at my home. The next day, they sent their repair tech who spent the day attempting to do something while I was at work, not really sure what he did, then they told me they could get me a different unit. The following morning they dropped off the other unit. As my wife began the first load of laundry, or continued the one we began two days prior, my wife heard what sounded, to her, like an earthquake upstairs. Upon arriving at the washing machine she found the washing machine about a foot away from the wall and the washer was still going nuts. After calling Diannes the repair tech tells me it is an unbalanced load... Of course it is, because you are known for your "quality machines." Ha pfft!! I showed him a photo of a balanced load that wasnt too big for the machine either. The problem is the tub inside is so loose from the bad suspension rods that when it begins to spin it SLAMS violently against the sides of the cabinet causing it to shake and walk across the upstairs floor. Texted the "repair tech" and he told me he would talk to the sales staff and that he is only "a cog in the wheel". The dryer did its first load fine, but on the second load began a metal to metal scraping sound which means the teflon glides which prevent the drum from touching the metal sides are worn. My speculations were confirmed by the broken pieces of glide in my dryer. I could have just as well picked up two garbage units and simply fixed them myself.
