I had a recent issue with a corroded battery terminal that put me in a major bind. The terminal was so badly corroded, I could not take a chance to wait to have it repaired, and because of the July 4th holiday, I had a very small window available for the repair to be done because I absolutely had to have a reliable vehicle following the holiday for the remainder of the week. I originally tried to get in touch with my local Ford dealer, literally down the street from me, but their service folks would not even answer the phone. I even left a message after 4 attempts and they never returned my call. So, I tried on Sunday to go to a chain repair place, and they wanted an astronomical sum for the repair, which they informed me of at lunchtime on Monday. Enter Gary Yeoman's. I spoke with service advisor Chuck, got a price and labor estimate, and with the 4th of July holiday the following day and the need for my car the day after, I begged him to let me bring it over that day. I didn't even really have to beg as he told me to bring it right over. I got it there at 2:30 and they got me out in a couple of hours. During the time I waited, service advisor after service advisor came in to update other folks as to the status of heir vehicles, and more than once. I found this attention to the customers to be quite impressive. Kudos to Chuck and Gary Yeoman's for their most excellent customer service culture. I will NEVER take my Ford anywhere else. Thanks again!
