Ormond Beach office. (A.K.A. Kindred at Home) Managed by people that are ignorant, stupid, and vindictive. Ignorant because they do not know the Medicare regulations which control them and refuse to inform themselves even when told exactly which regulations apply. Stupid because they refuse to become informed, and vindictive because they refuse to provide service by the only therapist on their staff that understands my wife's care needs. My wife is an Amiotropic Lateral Sclerosis patient and needs a special care regimen, covered by Medicare until her death, without need for muscular improvement, as prescribed by the Mayo Clinic ALS Center in Jacksonville. As if we did not already have enough trouble complying with regulatory issues, declining muscular function and mobility, and coping with daily needs, we have to cope with uncaring provider management.
The owner Pat has a mind set of a bug when it comes to satisfying customers.Pat stated her independent operators does not represent her and she does not care what dissatisfied customers say .Correct me but any owner with common sense realizes anytime you send a customer out of your establishment that has paid for your services whether you as the owner perform the service or not is a representation of your business, and the value of services.I went back into Styles 102 just to request that she makes it right . (Pat, the owner ) was very defensive ..combative and argumentative ...The prime reason why black owned businesses are look down on ...and very questionable when it comes to what type of services they offer and if they are able to offer customer satisfaction and repair the relationship between themselves and unsatisfied customer resulting in referrals or loyal client/customer base.Pat didn't take ownership ,responsibility or accountability.I recommend that all avoid Styles 101.
I love this Salon with a Spa atmosphere! The place is spacious(parking was limited) with a beautiful facial room that offers VIPeels, massage suite, body wraps, full service hair and nails with pedicure stations. I brought a friend and we spent the afternoon enjoying services. Great experience! And there was fresh homade pastries.
Best Facial in the Daytona Beach area. Very thorough and her touch is awesome!
02/14/15 just got my hair cut looked ok when I left but when got home my girlfriend who hacked up your hair I was in the chair for about 5 minutes the she was done even tiped her I guess I have find a new place
Went in expecting to get my hair cut but when I told the lady I was Blessed she began to act strange and then decided she couldn't cut my hair and asked me to come back at 4 and I realized on my way out that she closed at 4! Very odd and horrible customer service.
Myself and 3 son's waited 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged by any staff member. They were more concern with visiting with their friends from Subway next door and eating there lunch at 4:30pm. And to have them take another customer that arrived well after we did was the time for us to walk out. The place looks run down also and staff do not look very clean either look to be in yesterday's clothing. This place should not be in business as they havn't a clue as how to treat customers with the simple courtesy!!
Homewatch Caregivers is doing a great job!
My caregiver is very thoughtful and giving of herself, very obliging, considerate and very sweet.
