Second time for dinner. Awesome staff and great food. Definitely recommend if you're in Oregon City or passing through.

Simply perfect.

My wife and I have been taking trips to dayton just to dine at the Weinhard Cafe. There are unique combinations, fresh gourmet ingredients, a highly skilled chef, and deserts to die for. The place is unpretentious and comfortable and my favorite restaurant ever. The chef turns food into art with the unique combinations and perfect balance. It is a quality you would not expect in Dayton Washington. There is nothing in eastern washington and Oregon that can touch the Weinhard Cafe. There is a new chef at the Weinhard, but my last meal there was a rib eye perfectly cooked and seasoned. My wife's butternut squash ravioli had no flavor of squash and was overpowered by cheese, but every restaurant/chef has an off night.
