4 only cause I think they should offer discounts for hospital employees.
If I could have rated this business zero stars I would have done so. I was a new customer and made my first and last visit on the same day. I had a customer service related issue that was not resolved. The lady I spoke with refused to take ownership own their part on the error made. Instead she blamed a third party which I contacted and discovered that the issue was with the system DnD used (either it was human error or inherent in the system itself) in processing credit transactions. In closing this situation was handled badly on DnD's end. I find it confusing why I found the following on their business card: "Where Your Welcome is Warm & Your Business is Appreciated". I found that not to be the case and would not recommend DnD to my worst enemy.
Im always greeted with a friendly smile and all sales reps have been very patient and attentive to mme and my little ones. Taking 3 kids, under 5 into a store can be a tramatic experience, but not here. The sales staff is patient, friendly, and happy to help get you in and out as quickly as possible and the store does not expect little ones to sit perfectly still during their visit, instead they offer a mini play area for the kids. I never dread my visit to Rohderers, but instead get to play up the fun of buying new shoes with my kids.
