They gave me great service and tires for a reasonable price. I thought I needed four tires, but he showed me that I only needed the two back tires replaced. Any time I drove over 65 mph my entire car would shake. He showed me that the two back tires were wobbly and quickly replaced them for a super low price. He was right. My car doesn't shake anymore! Big thank you for insuring my family's safety while traveling from MI to AL. I had 4 new tires & sensor valves put on 5 days before the road trip. Had to go back twice to shop in MI before the trip because they had ordered wrong valves.(this was not a fatt boyz shop) Then they claimed they couldn't set the sensor. While stopped for gas outside Dayton, noticed rear tire was low. Found your shop through googled gps & thankfully your staff was able to fix the problem (Valves were not put on correctly) set the sensor, & replace 2 wheel studs. (Did not know one of my wheels only had 4 studs holding it instead of 6) Thank you for working us in. You guys ROCK!

Outstanding experience. Driving today, Saturday December 30th on I-75 from Toronto Canada to Florida. My 2013 Forte starts running like crap and I notice engine light on. Pull over and phone closes dealership, Kia of Dayton. They said they were booked for the day but when they found out we were from out of town they were very accommodating. In and out in a little more than an hour. If they hadn't taken care of us we would have had to wait until Tuesday. Brandon in service was amazing. Really felt like the customer was King even though I'm sure they worked later than planned. Thanks Brandon and dealership. Hats off

Beware! Do not go here! They sold me a "new" set of wheels and tires with one bent rim and one bad tire. They also charged me $40 for new lug nuts but put my old ones back on. When I took my truck back 12 hours later they refused to replace or refund my money. They claimed I had a bad rotor and ball joint causing the problem and wanted me to spend another $300 for them to fix it. I left and had new ball joints, bearings & an alignment. No change. I returned the next day and they still refused to fix the problem or refund my money for the broken tire, bent rim & imaginary "new" lug nuts. $700 wasted! Please beware!
Blown engine. Infiniti was able to take a look at the car the next day (even though they were swamped) & provide me with a speedy diagnosis. Price of actual repair was way out of my price range but, at least, I finally knew what was wrong with the car.
I would never go back there...I bought a Chrystler 300 and after only a week of purchase..the transmission started slipping...also I found out I needed an oil pan...Kevin the owner at the time said he would give me my money back but to later find out he lied....they are indeed one of the worse car lots I know!!!!
I took my car into Midas for new tires, break check, alignment. I was told i needed a 3 step fuel system cleaning done. I agreed, thinking it was for the best of my car. BIG MISTAKE! My car is shaking, and the engine light wont turn off. I called corporate, the district manager a few hours of getting home. The district manager got back to me on Sat and I took it back. I was now told that I needed a new battery and that I need new plugs and coils! How is that my car worked better going in then coming out? I got the new battery but not the plugs or coils! When i received my paper work on Friday my checklist that states plugs and coils all check good! Checked in the green! Not the yellow or red! I feel that this location is really scamming me! I really believe, they are trying to meet their sales goals by damaging my car and trying to get me to pay more! I plan on taking my car to the dealership and have them find out the truth about what this Midas did to my car! We( the public) take our car to you, because you say you fix cars but what you do is take advantage of honest, hard working people! I also plan on contacting the BBB and showing them all the paperwork and pictures of the damage you have done to my car!
