This company has serviced my appliances for years. I have also been able to buy replacement parts for small repairs, myself. I support small businesses and will continue to use L.M.A for my appliance repairs.

The lady who runs this store is very shady. We bought a window air conditioner on Saturday it worked for 2 hrs and stopped. We paid $100 for it. We called her on Monday and asked if we could return it because it didn't work. She said we could bring it back but she would only give us $50 back on it from the $100 that we paid. We took it back Monday and got half of what we paid for it in the 2 days that we had it. Do not shop here this lady will scam you!!!
Matthew, there is a glitch in the system where I cannot respond to your review, so I am doing it here. I am sorry that you feel this way. We have been your servicer more than one occasion and you have always been charged a service call. We gave you an estimate to complete the repair, which you agreed to, and we completed for under the original estimate. Our technician has a 35 years of experience which allows him to be very efficient and be assured, there were no additional charges because we had to get the part and return.
WARNING: if you call them out to the house, you will be charged $83 bucks. That DOES NOT apply to the repair service costs, now referring to it as a 'diagnostic call,' which was a bunch of bull. I called knowing what part was needed. When the tech came out he took 5 min and agreed, added he didn't stock the part (it's a common Frigidaire model and I do believe this is a part of their scam), so he would be back "in about four days." When time came to pay the bill, I was charged a total of $230 dollars for 30 min work, and the part costs sixty bucks (which they also marked up considerably). NEVER NEVER NEVER use Logan!( I assume the boss is retiring... one more gouge before going out of business?)
This place is a rip-off. I purchased a washer and dryer from them, and paid to have them delivered. The very first time I used the washer, it leaked a considerable amount of water from somewhere under the machine. The first time I used the dryer, it made a loud squeak noise which I have been told is a sign of worn-out ball bearings. I went back to the store to ask to return the machines and for a refund, I was told that they have a repair/exchange/store-credit only policy. Essentially, they sold me a broken set of appliances and now refuse to take them back. This policy was never mentioned when I purchased the machines. I never signed or initialed any agreement to such a policy. The policy is on a slip of paper that they staple to the back of your receipt AFTER they have already charged your credit card. This is an incredibly dishonest way of doing business, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
