I put 3,500 down on a Chevy Traverse and it caught on fire in 34 days. They towed the car to their shop and told me I can't do anything until I pay tax and title which was $1,052. Now they won't give it back saying I tore up the vehicle and that I put antifreeze in the engine. They also accused me of not having insurance. Her name is Iris. They are a scam. Dont purchase anything from them.

This place sells lemons! Do not waste your money! I bought a car from this place and only had it for 6 months. Within the 6 months I had it I've been getting little things fixed on it here and there. Two days after I bought the car my check engine light came on. I've bought a new battery, God knows how much money I spent on tires because my tires are always going flat. The car keeps running hot after I put a brand new radiator, water pump and thermostat in it. My ABS lights came on so I took it to a shop to try to get it fixed and the mechanic told me my problem is bigger than what I thought and my best bet is to buy a brand new car because my engine is knocking. Remind you I had the car for 6 months! I told the creep ass owner about my problems and he just laughed at me. But if you text him and let him take you out on dates and have sex with him he'll pay for things to get fixed. I didn't like him in that way so that's why he laughed at me. Do not waste your money at Royalty Motor!
Don went above and beyond to take care of me. He was friendly and understanding and made sure I got the best tire for my budget. He was flexible with me payment wise as I doesn't have cash, but we worked it out. I wish everyone was as awesome as he was.
Watch out!! I suggest finding another shop. They repaired the wrong fuel line. So than they repaired the fuel line that really needed repaired! Changed out the oil sensor because it was leaking oil. They put the wrong sensor in so I had to take the car back so they could put on the correct part. My car was out of service for over two days. If you choose to use them, GOOD LUCK!! Plus they move to different locations to avoid being found out I guess.May God Bless.
Terrible experience with this company. Test drive was fine, car obviously altered when picked up next day. Car was found to be without a catalytic converter. Battery died day after purchase. Car was a "death trap." Owner implied that car was altered by us after purchase.

Wonderful service... Very happy with my car
I purchased a car from here three weeks ago with cash. A week ago i went there and spoke to Gary Groff about when i would be able to come pick up my title he told me his partner(junior's auto sales) would have it by tuesday. So when tuesday comes i call to see if i can come pick it up and he becomes very irrational and screams at me that he didn't sell it and to call junior's and then hangs up. I call back to ask for junior's number and he again yells at me and hangs up. All this was on their main business number 937-835-7118 which was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with buying a car. They don't deserve any stars buy i had to put at least one to make this post. Please whomever reads this beware I highly suggest never buying a vehicle anywhere near here and this was only the start of my problems with the car i purchased,please tell anyone you care about to never buy anything from Gary Groff or the Groff auto group or junior's auto sales these people are just after your money and don't care about being professional or kind,I was a good cash paying customer and did nothing wrong inquiring about my title.awful experience in every aspect.
