I put water in my cup for my daughter she had been outside in heat , and I was at walmart I had Water bottle filled it up with ice water for my daughter and got yelled at by subway staff they said I had pay for a cup I said I can pay for water they said no you have to buy a cup seriously billion dollar company and you can't give someone a glass of water . This staff was rude and was yelling from register behind counter and my daughter and I were at machine getting water there were customers in there very upset and said it was very rude it's water !!!! I will never eat here and I have told family and friends not To go here . Remember you have to buy a cup just to get water wow ! Rude ,disrespectful,
I actually love their subs, but every time we have eaten them, it gave my husband and I bad upset stomachs. We've eaten their subs at least 4 times. I didn't realize that was causing our issues right away. I feel like they may be using that same ingredient in their bread that subway took out. However, I never had this reaction to subway, so who knows. I have seen this as a common complaint about other firehouse subs. I wish the company would look into this, and fix it, because I enjoy the subs, but have had to stop eating there.
My Youth baseball team was given the opportunity to have fundraising night here. Chipotle has rules on what/when and how to proceed with a their type of fundraise and I understand. I have been involved with two teams fundraising at this location and both with very different outcomes. I was approached on two different times asking my players to move and we did each time. Upon returning to the store to purchase my meal - I noticed a relative leaving the store - I asked to check his receipt - which he had no "FUNDRAISER" on it, I asked the acting manager what was the issue, I quote, "since I asked to you move multiple times, I cancelled the fundraiser", in turn I told my colleagues to not bother coming in. Other happening - Cashiers not know or not remembering to put in "FUNDRAISER" when customers check out, its one button. IN SHORT no one Keeps their word at establishment. My last time going here
VERY disappointed! Please read before you eat here. We just picked up our carry out order, 3-Chimichanga dinners. Their menu states that they put "shredded beef" in their Chimichangas. NOT TRUE!All three dinners contained ground beef and NOT shredded beef. I could have honestly had a burrito supreme from Taco Bell and saved $45.00.
I went last night around lunch and bought a $5 leg and thigh meal. The wait was longer than if I had gone to Applebees, Longhorn, and Olive Garden combined! Really? Then I got the meal home and I got two legs (no Thigh). Those legs were the smallest I have ever seen. They must have fried them while in the eggshell! The sides were slathered in salt. I ended up throwing the entire meal in the trash. Lesson learned. If I want great fried chicken? Fire up my own deep fryer and use my Italian family batter recipe.
This particular Taco Bell has to be the worst Ive ever encountered. The service is slow the employees are not friendly and dont listen to customers orders properly. Inside or drive thru doesn't matter after 4 bad experiences I highly doubt I will go back to this location. You dont even get napkins at the drive thru. The girl was rude and didn't Thank me or anything
I got home & half my order was missing!!! I called & spoke to a manager who didn't appologize & said I needed a receipt to get the rest! I told her there was no receipt in the bag! She said they were training & that was why but still wouldn't give me my food! Rude & unapologetic & worse than incompetent!Go ANYWHERE else than here!
