Disappointing is not a strong enough word!A little over a year ago I went there for wisdom tooth removal. After a little local anesthesia they were ready to start and told me to raise my hand if I felt any pain. When I put my hand up because I wasn't really numb at all, the dental assistant pushed it back down and held it down while they continued on with the removal despite me being in extreme pain. As I was given laughing gas or whatever it is actually called, I was very confused and too scared to physically stop them while the Dr. had the tools in my mouth. I was shaking and crying, trying to talk to them, but they only told me to stop or my tongue would get hurt and kept on. I tried to bear it but it was too much and it took two weeks before I could recover from the pain. Not to mention their pain management is next to useless and I had better luck with ibuprofen than whatever it was they gave me.Also they would not allow my fiancé in the room even for the check up; I rely on him to help me move around as I also have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and other mobility related illnesses. I actually got mono at that same office at a previous visit (stupid me for not realizing it until afterwards), which is what is believed to be one of the possible causes for my POTS.If I could give zero stars I would and I'll never go back there again. Terrible, horrible place and it lives up to every dentist nightmare out there.

My adult daughter had to have an impacted wisdom tooth extracted. She was in so much pain from the tooth already and halfway through the procedure she told the dentist (Adken) the numbness wasn't targeting the area and she couldn't take the pain. His response was arrogant and uncaring. Told her either let him do his job or she could leave right then. While her tooth was partially extracted! She held in her emotions and toughed it out but broke down in the car. She was in so much pain. Not only was this experience cruel and unethical but the facility is filthy. I can't believe insurance companies actually refer patients there.
Everyone I have come in contact with here has been wonderful. You all have made this experience much better than I expected. Everyone was so nice! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Poor customer service tech was very rude after I left my daughter was still in the chair heard everything she sarcastically said towards me. Now Looking for a new Dentist.
I use to be one of the patients but I moved on to a better dentist due to how long the wait time is here. Well I was referred there by my new dentist and I thought I'd give them another try but that was the worst mistake so far. They no longer do silver caps so I had to get 2 extractions done. They broke them out of my mouth I was not numb enough and I told the dentist and he kept going. I have stitches and the entire mouth is so swollen and bruised that the pain pills I received don't work. They had no emergency care number when they are closed so you have to go to the er. I waited 2hrs past my appointment time and was there a half hour before my appointment time was suppose to be once in the back I was there another 1hr. Wait time has not changed its got worse so be prepared to wait especially if you are new you wait longer the existing patients. Awful awful
I recently got my teeth pulled at Dixie dentures, was afraid it was going to be painful, in about an estimate of 20 to 30 moments I was walking out the door amazed at how easy the dentist and his assistant made it and how comfortable they made me. I was afraid of dentist for sling time not at Dixie dentures. Thank you all.
Front staff was very unfriendly; come on its a dental office smile! Scheduling at this office is SEVERELY overbooked - talked to other patients and its not uncommon to wait over 30 minutes. As a new patient I waited for 40 minutes before the front staff even started verifying my insurance (process takes from 10-20 minutes).
They are awesome, very patient and polite, great service and sense of humor. I will be coming back. Thanks a lot.
Dr. Kleinman is excellent. The best dentist I have seen and known out of my whole entire life. Thank you.
I really love the work that I have done during my visits to Dixie Dental by Dr. Kleinman. He does awesome work. He is always so patient and kind.
