Outstanding experience. Driving today, Saturday December 30th on I-75 from Toronto Canada to Florida. My 2013 Forte starts running like crap and I notice engine light on. Pull over and phone closes dealership, Kia of Dayton. They said they were booked for the day but when they found out we were from out of town they were very accommodating. In and out in a little more than an hour. If they hadn't taken care of us we would have had to wait until Tuesday. Brandon in service was amazing. Really felt like the customer was King even though I'm sure they worked later than planned. Thanks Brandon and dealership. Hats off
Wonderful experience. Bought a car in 2015 and was in an accident a few days before the new year. They were a huge help getting me back on the road in a new Kia Soul, very friendly staff, they don’t pressure you into anything and are informative. Huge shoutout to Kelly Burns and Gabe in Finance. Blown engine. Infiniti was able to take a look at the car the next day (even though they were swamped) & provide me with a speedy diagnosis. Price of actual repair was way out of my price range but, at least, I finally knew what was wrong with the car.
I would never go back there...I bought a Chrystler 300 and after only a week of purchase..the transmission started slipping...also I found out I needed an oil pan...Kevin the owner at the time said he would give me my money back but to later find out he lied....they are indeed one of the worse car lots I know!!!!
I took my LR4 2016 to Dayton to get repaired. They went above and beyond my expectations! They gave me curtsy car and they brought my car 80 miles to my location. My car was repaired with in 24 hrs. I put 3,500 down on a Chevy Traverse and it caught on fire in 34 days. They towed the car to their shop and told me I can't do anything until I pay tax and title which was $1,052. Now they won't give it back saying I tore up the vehicle and that I put antifreeze in the engine. They also accused me of not having insurance. Her name is Iris. They are a scam. Dont purchase anything from them.
They treated me so well last time I was here. I cam back to purchase another vehicle.
