WOW! Personable, professional and perfect. Having disappointingly worn hearing aids for nearly 8 years I had minimal expectations when seeking replacement hearing aids. Because The McGuire Hearing Center did an excellent (and reasonably priced) repair on a set of my hearing aids I decided that I would use them for my next purchase. I cannot imagine having made a better choice. My hearing examination was, without exception, the most thorough and best hearing exam I had ever experienced. Before conducting the test Dr. Pendergrass and I discussed my needs, expectations and dissatisfaction with my current aids. The doctor not only asked what I considered the right questions but listened to my responses and answered my questions. At no time during the exam did I feel that I was being talked at rather then talked with. The exam itself was a bit longer than my previous exams but it appeared to be tailored to the areas where I personally felt I experienced hearing problems as well as what I explained had caused my dissatisfaction with my current aids. The hearing aids selected, based on my test results and further discussion, have provided me with the most positive hearing experience I have had in many years. No rush environment, excellent testing, numerous no pressure recommendations resulting in an overall highly satisfactory and pleasant experience. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend The McGuire Hearing Center for any hearing related issue.
