        Got a new disposal and faucet installed. Guy was very nice and didn't make a mess...and cleaned up after. Really liked that they gave me a call ahead so I didn't have to sit and wait for himall day! Will use them again.

        I didn't actually get to the part of having any work done. When I described what I needed done and asked for someone to come out and quote it, I was told that they could not give me a quote for that kind of work (I have a small leak in a pipe and the water doesn't come out of the shower head I tried to install my self as fast as it should). Then when I described the work I needed, there was no way it could be done for less than $500.00 (my cap). Maybe it would have cost more than $500.00, but too much of my conversation with them seemed that they didn't even want to look into it, it was not worth it.

        As often happens in the plumbing trade, people will ask for estimates when the problem is not known. In this scenario, Mr. Origwoody would have been told that finding the problem is half the work, and it could be anything from a $100 call for a new cartridge to $400-$500 for a whole new shower valve and trim. Since we stand by any quote given, it would not be good business to quote a job where we had no idea of the work involved. This customer apparently did not like an honest explanation and answer.
