Royal Time

Great service and best prices around. I bought a watch from another jewelry place in the mall and I found out Royal Time had the same exact watch for a fraction of the cost. Everything I have bought from Royal Time is great quality too. This is the only place I will buy jewelry for now on.

On 2 May 2015 I took my watch to Royal Time for a battery change. The individual that did the work kept stressing the one-year guarantee, so I decided to put it to the test. I kept the receipt with the watch, and on Saturday, 2 Apr, when I took the watch from my jewelry box I noticed it was not working. I took the receipt and the watch back to Royal Time; however, the individual working that day refused to honor the one-year warranty. He explained to me that he would have replaced the battery if it had stopped working after 2 or 3 months or maybe 6 months but not 11 months. The rationale--11 months is almost a year. I guess that means the one-year guarantee on the battery is really only a 2 or 3 month guarantee. I will never do business with Royal Time again.
