Nottingham Estates

The property manager here (Steeringwheel) is a liar and a thief. We owned our 3 bedroom home, and after nearly 2 years of putting money into fixing it up, we still hadn't recieved our title. When we began having financial difficulties (mostly because our electricity was surging at the pole outside and causing huge bills) the property manager said since we were opting to leave and were willing to surrender the mobile home, that she would personally make certain that all debt was considered settled. We owed $415 and our home was worth AT LEAST $5000. She had people moving into it just days after we moved out. Then she went on to tell people that we left the place trashed, after she nearly begged us to leave clean up work for her so she could get the hourly pay. We didn't all we left for her were a few trash bags, neatly placed on the kitchen floor so she could get paid for taking them to the dumpster. We even sold her our refrigerator for her mother, for only $25. She also told people that we stole the hot water heater. We didn't. she likely did, and scrapped it. Even if we had taken it, it wouldn't have been stealing, because we OWNED it. And to top it all off we get a bill months later for unpaid debt, the debt she promised to wipe off the record, and the company sent it to collections. Now we can't get a new place to live. NEVER LIVE HERE.
