The owner of this company screwed ALL of his drivers out of money. The company is now belly up where it belongs

Rude customer service! I had called to ask How much the drive fare. The male answered the phone said, the amount then said, He did not have a cab available. Hung up on me. He did not even say his name. By the way, I called a second time. To ask what kind of vehicles the used. He said, cars. I said, okay. Then he hung up on me again.

Rude customers service

The guy answering the phone was so rude I refused and I didn't feel safe using his cab service.

Called 2 hours ahead of time, I was told YES they could pick me up and drop me off for a very important medical appointment and would be at my house at 8:15 am. Well 8:40 I call them and the dude who is already semi-hostile as it is tells me he doesn't know where the driver is but give him 10 more minutes or so. Got service elsewhere and payed less than this company quoted me anyway.


this company is terrible! they keep you waiting on a driver for hours without notice. I have missed appointments because of them. they over charge. the drivers do nothing but expect a tip. today one driver stole $10 from me claiming that is was for bags when the meter said $25 I only got $15 back out of a $50 then they are so rude. beware if you choose to use them they are no good

Professional drivers, pleasant ride.

After using this company several times, I wanted to share with you how impressed I was with their service. WOW. I could not ask for better service. The dispatcher called me to tell me when the cab would arrive. Showed up right where and when I needed it. Late model cabs appeared to be well maintained. I give them an A+.



Never made it to best friends funeral

I called at 11:30 to have a cab here by 1:00 pm To go to my best friends mothers funeral. I was standing outside 10 min before 1:00 waiting on cab in the heat, I called and lady told me somone would be out shortly. Well surprise funeral started at 1:30 it was 10min away from me and the cab never showed up. It was to late to call another cab I couln't show up at funeral late, so I never made it to be by my best friends side. I cry'd so hard and I will do everything possible to let people know how bad this company is. I called them and told them how I felt and the lady hung up on me. there was no apoligy no nothing just hung up on me REALLY.

Miami Liberty Cab/Dayton Checker Cab doesn't care about you, or your time or you money.

I called Liberty cab around 10:30am, I told them I needed a cab at 12:30pm. They accepted my request. Around 12:40 I called them and asked if they had the correct address because they were late. The lady put me on hold about 4 or 5 minutes, then came back and asked me what I wanted. I asked her again and she put my one hold and got back quickly that time and said they were working on getting someone there. Around 1:30 I called and asked what the deal was; when were they going to get there. The lady told me that SHE DIDN'T Know. I asked her what happened, because this seemed like a bad way to do business everyday. She said it was just a busy day. They wasted my time, obviously didn't care about my money. And had the courtesy of an intestinal parasite.
