Greenwood Property Management

Two years ago, greenwood took over as property manager of the house I rent. Since then, the state of the house has gotten worse and worse. They are slow to respond to issues that need resolved, they have three times accused that the rent was not paid and I had to print out copies of deposited checks for them, then getting 'Oh! I am so sorry, I must have missed that! Teeheehee!' as a response. When paying ahead on rent, they 'lost' the payments until reminded and mailed copies of the checks, including bank statements and date taken from the account. They have charged four times the amount for water than the city charged and are still avoiding the issue when pressed, even though I have copies of the bill from the city to prove the issue.

This company is nothing but a slum lord. At least 4 properties that they represent have been condemmed and three in my city alone have extremely bad bedbug and roach infestations.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
