        Overall

        I tried for four days to get a response and schedule an appt. for our annual scale calibration. No response to e-mails or phone calls. When Cathy M was there - they were on it and a wonderful company to work with, and even though last year it took a while to get ahold of someone Gary was helpful when I was finally able to communicate with someone. I am saddened by their total lack of customer service. I just hate to see a good company fail because of their current management system which is definitely sub-standard. When I called another company they told me that they had heard from other past customers of Fies Scales as well that they just weren't the same.
