Craigs Transmission

If I could rate them minus100 it still wouldn't be enough for them. The other reviews in here were probably written by a family member or employee. BEWARE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! They are unprofessional and Chronic Lier's. We towed a car there upon recommendation of someone, they assured us they would look at it within 2 days, each day we called, they said "Oh it's on the rack now" but what they really meant to say was when hell freezes over it will be on the rack. Always had an excuse why they didn't get to check it out yet, someone went on vacation unexpectedly, someone in hospital, yada yada yada. Any way 8 days later, and all kinds of lies, we have had to tow it to another business to have it done the right way. I ask why they couldn't be honest about it and he wouldn't answer any questions. So if you want your car fixed and back within a year, go to a different transmission shop or you will be walking!!!!

The nicest, knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met. They are ready to help and make you feel very safe and appreciated.

This transmission shop is excellent. The owner and the mechanics are knowledgeable and they will fix you car the first time.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP
