China Dynasty

Bought seafood dish and was charged $10 above price of most expensive seafood item on menu. Wife picked it up. Not what I ordered and dish wasn't listed on menu. She said she assumed that is what I meant when I ordered cause most people order that seafood dish to go. Anyways, not my problem that you thought I ordered something not listed and charged me $30; there's no item on the menu you could possibly confuse it with.but end of day it is my probem cause I spent twice what I intended.

Just finished throwing up half way through this meal. I spent a lot of money for seafood that was overcooked and the nastiest lo mein that I've ever had in my life. I am incredibly disappointed and literally sick to my stomach. I will never go back.

This place has the best Chinese food in town. There is one slight problem you should be aware of though. Once they get to know you, they come to your table and talk while you try to eat the food. I am talking about the owner and also his wife. They mean to be friendly, but it is just too much. It is hard to get them away from your table and let you eat. I have had to stop going there because of this. I refuse to pay them money and watch my food get cold while they talk. Very foolish of them - they drive people away. From now on, get the carry out - no Tip, no Tax and no Talk.

My husband and I have been going to China Dynasty since they first opened their doors. We have never been disappointed in their service or their food.



Chef Stephen's preparation and presentation is to be commended.



The addition of the Sushi Bar....tremendous idea and the fish always fresh. My husband LOVES Sushi and heck can't forget me because so do I.



Their various Thai/Chinese/Japanese dishes one could take forever going through their list and trust me we sure are trying.



If you want authentic dishes, great service as well as a wonderful atmosphere you must stop in and give them a try and you will not be disappointed.



Chef Stephen and his wife Sophie are wonderful people and their staff...can't say enough about them.

Chef Stephen and Sophia Lin have built a beautiful opportunity here in Centerville, Ohio for anyone that loves food... and if you like your stomach and want your mouth to be happy, you *must* stop in!



I've eaten around the world - throughout the USA from New York City Chinatown to San Francisco Chinatown, to Hawai'i, to Hong Kong, to Korea, to Bangkok, to Turkey, to Saudi Arabia, to Germany, to Italy, to South American, and even Canada... and I can honestly say, that I keep coming back to China Dynasty for Chef Stephen's wonderful, healthy cooking, his interaction with his customers (many of whom are also friends)... and his willingness to adapt meals to anyone's dietary concerns from vegan to vegetarian to someone like me that eats just about everything and is curious about new styles of cooking. Chef Stephen is well versed in many styles of cooking including Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese Sushi (Tokyo style), Amercian, and has created some unique dishes based on his vast experiences.



His love of food, a good story, sharing new experiences, and WoW-ing his guests always brings me back for more - and I promote China Dynasty at every opportunity... and Sophie is always a gracious hostess, willing to go the extra mile to help make your dining experience a wonderful one... definitely come check out China Dynasty... and if you have some experience with different cuisines, let Chef Stephen know and he's sure to whip up something to blow your mind! And you never know, your request just might spur Chef Stephen to invent something new for the menu!
