Check N' Go

I am also talking about Carly. She is NOT too friendly. She looked mean and was radiating the image that she was mad at the world because she was there. I didn't borrow the same day as AsLiv, but Carly did talk about another woman when she left the building while I was at the her window. I agree, that was ignorant on her part and the ones who joined in and commented. That was rude. I truly believe she thinks everyone that comes to Check N Go are beneath her because they are borrowing money.That's what she made it seem like when she was talking about that woman. She said something along the lines of, 'Why would we want you to work with us when you have to borrow money?' Of course, only after she left was that said. That might be a true and fair statement/question to her, but she has no idea why someone would need to borrow money. Unexpected situtations like engine problems, someone is in the hospital, your hours are cut back from your job, etc. There could be a hundred reasons. It's not fair to say something like that. Obviously help is needed because they are hiring and there are only 3 windows, and only 2 for returning customers. That's why my wait was long. There were people getting up and leaving because it was taking so long. When I was at the window she was rude in my opinion when she acted like I was suppose to know not to write 'check n go' on my check. I was new at the time. "This chick wrote check n go on her check..." she tells her other co-workers. It was the way she said it and the expression on her face. Well CHICK I didn't know I didn't have to write that because you stamped it! I didn't know you had to come in knowing exactly what you need to do and not do. One of them said, "She's new," which was true. Besides that, that day, she was at the 'New applicants and buybacks only' window. There are gonna be people that don't know what do to because they are NEW!!! I will not attend this Check N Go again. I will find another one.

I went to Check N Go about a week ago. The line was already painfully long and there are only 3 reps. I hate to see what it is like when there are only 2 reps working. Anyway, when I was waiting I noticed that Carly was talking about a couple of the customers when they left. And it wasn't in a good way. The other co-workers were talking with her while they were ALL STILL AT THEIR WINDOW SERVING OTHER CUSTOMERS! I can't express how unprofessional that was and even worse for business. You don't talk about your customers out in the open like that. If she wanted to do that, she should have waited until break time or something, but absolutely not while you are serving other customers. It wasn't even like they were causing this big scene or saying inappropriate things.There was no need to talk about them like the way she did. Carly was portraying that she didn't even want to be at work that day, which is no one's problem but hers. I'm not going to say anything much about the other co-workers because Carly was the one that always said something first. The others need to ignore her or change the subject next time she acts like that. I do not recommend this Check 'N' Go to anyone.
