PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE !!!

I could write a book about the service that I received from this place but I won't do that. Everything from my wedding dress coming in the wrong color. Then when it was reordered it came in late! No professional people work here. They had went through 3 managers since I have been working with them. They gave an accessory away that was suppose to be held for me then ordered it and it never came it. Attitude from more than half the staff!! No communication going on between the staff workers. I have been dealing with this company for almost a year....please learn from my mistake and go else where!!

i'm in the wedding of a good friend & we've had nothing but headaches from this place. when we originally picked out the bridesmaid dresses & wedding dress, we had great customer service. it's been downhill ever since. the bride called a month after the orders were palced to ask for a color swatch (which should've been provided upon order, but wasn't) and the person told her that the dresses had been ordered in a completely different style & colors. the bride completely flipped! the manager has assured her this is not the case, but while we're on that subject....



the bridesmaids dresses were supposed to be in on june 18th. the bride had even been told this when she called. then when she called to verify that they were in so we could try them on, she was told that that was the ship date, not the date they were supposed to be in. 11 days later & they still haven't shipped. we're now being told that the dresses will be in 2 weeks before the wedding. no ones been able to try them on & let's hope & pray that they fit correctly & nothing is wrong with them!!!!



they refuse, flat out refuse to talk to anyone but the bride regarding this. only the bride can check on the status of the dresses. well that's all fine & dandy, but the bride is not the person who paid for any of the bridesmaid dresses! my friend is totally stressed that she has to deal with these people because they refuse to talk to anyone else. she wants nothing to do with them anymore. what's funny is the store manager is the girl who helped us while ordering the dresses. she's continually failed to return phone calls to the bride. or if she does it's days & days later even though she's the person stating that she will call back on a specific date.



weddings can be difficult enough without all this added stress. do yourself a favor & shop someplace else where they will at least appreciate your business & treat you as such.

ok, so this wedding is on 7/23/11. the dresses came in on 7/8/11. one of the bridesmaids lives in texas & we were told on 7/6/11 that her dress would be overnighted to her as soon as it came in. it wasn't. we had to pick it up & ship it ourselves because they don't overnight, despite what we were told by the manager. they will also only reimburse up to what they pay to ship & since that's not overnight, it's only a fraction of the fee.



we were also told that any in house alterations would be free, but that's the only compensation we were offered for all this stress & headache!!!



all of the dresses were too small!!! the only exception was for one bridesmaid who ordered hers several sizes too big anticipating being pregnant, but she isn't.



2 of the dresses are in the wrong color!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what are they doing about this even though they have found out that it's their mistake??????? they're supplying 2 different dresses & refunding the difference between the dresses!!!! that's all!!!!! just the difference. not, sorry we screwed up your order & have therefore ruined your wedding day & here's your money back. nope. they've admitted they messed up the order & the only thing they are willing to do is basically exchange the dresses that were ordered wrong for 2 dresses (that aren't even close to being similar) & only refund the difference?????????



please, please, please save yourself the headache & the hassle & don't go here!!!!

Lynn @ Bridal & Tux - Thank you so much for my beautiful wedding gown!! I could not have asked for a more perfect shopping/purchasing experience!! The dress came within one week of ordering and the price was right. It fit perfectly and I didn't need any alterations at all!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Great quality and service

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal-n-Tux and my mother is a seamstress (unprofessional) and she inspected every seam and cut and was also very impressed and the woman I hired for my alterations could not believe what I had paid for my dress, she was sure it would have cost 3x the price for the workmanship and quality. She has worked on literally hundreds of wedding parties and she has seen bridal shop gowns from local stores that were not nearly as high quality as mine and mine cost 1/3 the price of the least expensive! Your service staff are wonderful and ever so helpful, I cannot express how refreshing it was to find decent customer service in this age of impersonal automated systems

Bridal n Tux...The Best!

I have been so worried about my wedding which is coming up in Mid Jan. Nothing has gone right it seems. I had ordered my dress from another store here in town and was told 4 weeks before my wedding that I would not get my dress until Feb 1!! A friend (My new best friend!) told me about Bridal n Tux and their website Romanticgowns.com. I went in, was treated so well and found a dress that I like better, cost less, and best of all was able to take with me that day if I wanted. Since I needed some small altertions, which they do onsite, I left it and picked it up yesterday. I could not be happier and am now completely ready for the big day! What a relief.

Best Wedding Dress and Bridal Gown SIte EVER!

My wedding was right before Christmas 2010 and I just wanted to thank RomanticGowns.com and Bridal N Tux for making my dreams come true. I got a dress that I could never have afforded at any bridal shop from them and it was perfect. Everybody else wanted over $1000 for the dress I got and they had it for under $500. It was so beautiful and fit me so nicely. I got so many compliments on it.

Extremely Pathetic!

This place took two months longer than expected to get my wedding dress in and ordered a size 18 instead of a size 8. They wouldn't give me any discount after this and later called me to tell me my brides maids dresses would not be in at all 3 weeks before the wedding! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Stay away from this company!

A friend of mine actually just had to request a refund today because she ordered her dress March 20th and it's now July 20th and upon her calling multiple times they told her they lost her dress. Her wedding is in 7 weeks. She had to get all her money back and has to go to David's Bridal to see if they have something for her.



I actually bought my dress through this company as well and they told me the dress would be in in 6 weeks. When the 6 week mark was approaching I kept calling in and they said they would put in a call to the manufacturer and get back with me. They would go days without calling me back and I called them daily until I got an answer. I called the wednesday of the 6 week mark and they said my dress was to arrive the following day. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for my alterations for two weeks past that date. I took a half day off work, drove an hour to the store and when I get there they said they didn't have my dress and that I should've called in to verify that it was there. They said my dress would be in the following day's shipment and that I could come back then to get my alterations done. I demanded that I get a saturday appointment for alterations and that I be called the following day to ENSURE that my dress was in. The manager realized they messed up and gave me my alterations for free but it was still a huge mess. Would NEVER do business with them again.

Last Minute Save...

My soon to be husband and I moved while he was on leave in december. Somehow during the move, one of the movers permanently stained my wedding dress. ( Dont ask me how, it still dumbfounds me!!!) Anyway frustrated and very upset, I scrambled to find a new dress. I couldnt find anything locally, so I started looking online. Thanks to Lisa my salesperson I am able to tackle the final details of my wedding next week, with a little less stress..

I am not sure you know or maybe you are mis informed, Jill Dixon sold Dayton Bride to Norm Wasermen who in turn did not fufill orders.

TERRIBLE!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!! I am 5'9" and they state all their dresses are made for that size and that the model in their pictures is 5'11". All sizing is inaccurate!! I spoke with the company twice prior to ordering to comfirm and twice they told me to order the regular length. I received the products and they were too short!!! Never mind that they were still having my pay the restocking fee regardless of the fact they told me the wrong information!! On top of it they told me they were sending me back one of the dresses because it was stained and dirty (I had it on for 3 min!!!) and I had to have it cleaned and returned to them and pay all the expenses!! I asked Ester how I would know if they were actually sending me back the dress I tried on and not someone else's dirty dress? She didn't even want to discuss anything with me and stated ...."how do I know you are 5'9"??? WHAT???..THEY'RE CHARGING ME EVERY PENNY THAT THEY CAN....CAN YOU SAY SCAM!!!!!
