This place is awful. They won't schedule your appointment until the night before. Basically you have to clear the whole day and wait for them to decide what time they want to give you. They said they would call between 4 and 6. They called at 630. I made the apt. The next day they call an hour before to cancel because of equipment problems. I tell them the next day that I'm available. They won't let me schedule until the night before. I have to have my entire day clear and can't make any other appointments because I'm waiting for them to tell me when they want to come. The night before my appointment day, they call and I ask for the time that works for me and they tell me no. I tell them I should get a little priority since this is the second day I've sat around waiting for them. The lady on the phone was rude and awful. I would not recommend them to anyone. Looking elsewhere to get my carpets cleaned. Terrible customer service. I want to give no stars but it won't let me.
