Professional drivers, nice ride!

After using this company several times, I wanted to share with you how impressed I was with their service. WOW. I could not ask for better service. The dispatcher called me to tell me when the cab would arrive. Showed up right where and when I needed it. Late model cabs appeared to be well maintained. I give them an A+.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI IF YOU NEED TO GET SOMEWHERE

I called Airport Taxi to find out when I could order a taxi for a trip I was going to take and was told to call 24 hours before I needed them. I called the night before my trip gave the man my name and address, told him I needed a cab here at 4 am for an early morning (6am) flight, and the way it had been snowing and blowing I just wanted to leave my car at home.



At 4 am the morning of my flight I had all the suitcases sitting out on the porch waiting, and I called Airport Taxi to find out where the driver was and was told that no one had been sent, and even better that with the name Airport Taxi and I live less then 10 miles from the airport that it would be at least 30 min. for them to get someone here.



Needless to say I drove myself and my son to the airport, got there in time and will never ever have anything good to say about Airport Taxi.

They don't care if they waste your time and apparently don't need your money.

I called Liberty cab around 10:30am, I told them I needed a cab at 12:30pm. They accepted my request. Around 12:40 I called them and asked if they had the correct address because they were late. The lady put me on hold about 4 or 5 minutes, then came back and asked me what I wanted. I asked her again and she put my one hold and got back quickly that time and said they were working on getting someone there. Around 1:30 I called and asked what the deal was; when were they going to get there. The lady told me that SHE DIDN'T Know. I asked her what happened, because this seemed like a bad way to do business everyday. She said it was just a busy day. They wasted my time, obviously didn't care about my money. And had the courtesy of an intestinal parasite.
