Great food. Sometimes it gets cold fast when hen going to table but otherwise good.
First time here today for lunch. Food and service were outstanding. Will definitely return.
Great food. Expansive selections. Great prices. Generous amount of food. Great presentation at table. For example, I ordered the Broiled Shrimp dinner. It comes with soup or salad, potato, vegetable and homemade bread. I ordered salad with French, green beans, home fries, and skipped the bread (I have gone gluten-free).The salad was FRESH, with good tomatoes. When the meal came, the portion of home fries came on a separate plate, since it was so large. The shrimp were 8 PRAWN-sized or very close to it!The presentation on the plate was great All of this was only $11.99I will be back soon and often!
The building was very nicely done both inside and out. Good variety of menu choices. Staff seemed to not have much knowledge about what they were serving...a little slow. Got a cheeseburger and first bite...I recognize this taste! It tasted exactly like Frischs! But double the price! Husband had chicken tenders..tasted bland..all breading with little or no seasonings. Probably will not go back.
Saturday night, 15 minute wait (not bad). Food very good except prime rib was tough but had a good taste. By the way, service was good and waitress was quite attentive, cheerful, and pleasant.
Great place for a quick grab of coffee and a donut. Friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere. Will be back.
The Gluten free pancakes are fluffy and flavorful! They have the best breakfast in the state of OHIO. The service is awsome! Great coffee too!
Poor customer service for to go orders. Slow and rude!
MY DAUGHTER & I WENT HERE, AND THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. WE HAD THE PULLED PORK SANDWICHES. WE COULDN'T EAT THEM. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!!
i went to J's for dinner with my wife. I ordered a filet with baked potato with Bacon Butter and Cheese. When it arrived I had sour cream and cheese only. Sent it back. Then head Manager Greg Spyro brings my food out. Potato has cheese and chives only. After this I just told him to take off bill. I wasn't eating. When my waiter came over and asked where my food was I told him potato was messed up. He repeated my order back correctly. Had the Manager actually asked my waiter Kyle what my order was, all of this could have been avoided. Then when the check came he took my steak off but still charged me for a fountain coke. Talk about being petty. My bill was $61 I gave the waiter $81 and told him to keep it. I paid $81 at J Alexander's to watch my wife eat. Was the worst dining experience I've ever had. And had the manager Greg done his job and checked with my waiter all of this could have been avoided. Shame on you J Alexander's. Shame on you
