I had a very enjoyable experience at this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. When I got to the room I was pleased at how clean and spacious it was with all the amenities you need. The kitchenette area was very nice, all the appliances necessary and everything worked great. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The price for the stay really is unbeatable and the location is great, close to other stores/restaurants as well as Dayton international airport. I will highly recommend this property due to its great customer service, its comfortable, affordable, and clean. I will definitely be coming back if I am in the area.

After a very stressful check in experience; the check out clerk was very friendly & apologetic for my bad experience. Do not forget Break Fast was so Nice, She made everything all right & made me want to come back to this motel!

The night we checked in my daughter got bit up real bad so we called the courtesy officer and she was so rude and I told her I would call someone else, she said, Oh well they won't do nothing about it. She talked so rude to us like we did something wrong because they have bed bugs. It's horrible how she talked to us. The housekeeping here is horrible and they spend more time running around being so loud cussing and slamming doors than they do cleaning properl, I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here if you can help it at all.

Terrible service! My husband checked in to the hotel on our way to TN & was told my the clerk at the desk that they do not allow cash payments. So, he gave her our prepaid credit card to hold our reservation for the night & told her we would pay cash upon checkout. She guaranteed our card would not be charged. Upon checkout, my husband paid cash & we were on our way. Well, it has now been 4 days & our prepaid credit card still has not been credited for the night's rental fee of $126.41. What a crock of crap! We should have been told that they would tap our card & then have to wait for the charge to be released. Never heard of a hotel not accepting cash payment upon checkin. Needless to say, we will never stop here again on our way down south.

Our stay was disappointing. Checked in late at night and the room still had trash and food in the refrigerator. Asked to switch it was better, but overall impression wasn't good. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Should have left when I saw the lobby.

Poor standards. Attracts the wrong types of people.

I rented a 2 room suite a couple years ago for Xmas eve. The suite was very roomy. It had a little balcony you could sit on. It has a kitchenette. I had about 12 guests. The pool, hot tub and execise room were clean and well kept. I also was allowed to use my military discount sot the price was about $129.00 for the night. I would stay here again.

The hotel's in a great area. Rooms here were overall very nice. Certainly a nice hotel to stay at and worth checking out.
