I have ordered food from here before. This last visited was the worst. I came to pick up after I was told 15 minutes. My food was not ready I went to wait in my car for 20 minutes. I got food home it was so salt I couldn't eat the 🍗 🐥 chicken. I called back to tell them how the food was. She said bring it back. I took it back,she opened the plate and said there is nothing wrong with this chicken. I said do you think I would have brought it back if there was nothing wrong with it. She than proceeded to debate with me on how the chicken was cooked and that there was nothing wrong with it. She finally re-cook the chicken and would not provide new 🍚 rice she decided that I should use the old rice 🍚 that came from the chicken that was salty an overcooked. I work very hard for my money. I don't expect to be treated as if I would lie about food. I purchase with my hard earned 💰 money. I will not order from here again 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
Bought seafood dish and was charged $10 above price of most expensive seafood item on menu. Wife picked it up. Not what I ordered and dish wasn't listed on menu. She said she assumed that is what I meant when I ordered cause most people order that seafood dish to go. Anyways, not my problem that you thought I ordered something not listed and charged me $30; there's no item on the menu you could possibly confuse it with.but end of day it is my probem cause I spent twice what I intended.
I will NEVER order from this place again! Today myself and several co workers decided to order Rice for our lunch. We placed the order online and got a confirmation email. We noticed a slight mistake with one of the meals on the confirmation email and called the restaurant to fix it. After an hour had passed we called Rice to check on our order. We were then told they never received our order!! First, we have a confirmation number and second we called and spoke to you about an error with the order. How do you now claim to have never received our order?? When I explained this to them I was told we could reorder and they would deliver it but we would still have to pay full price for the order. They never appologized or tried to explain how the error occurred. I told them that we had all missed our lunch break and not eaten anything and asked what they could do to compensate for their error. I was put on hold for a couple of minutes and then told there was nothing they could do for us other than redo the order. How a restaurant can make such a big error and not offer anything, not even an apology, to compensate is mind blowing. We have been ordering food from here for a long time but after today's very disappointing experience we will find a new place to order from.
I've ordered a couple times & food is always cold/stale & takes about an hour to deliver. Would not recommend to anyone . Never asked about payment plan
Just finished throwing up half way through this meal. I spent a lot of money for seafood that was overcooked and the nastiest lo mein that I've ever had in my life. I am incredibly disappointed and literally sick to my stomach. I will never go back.
I took my granddaughter there on July 1, 2016. Never been there before. The young ladies were very nice waiting on us. I notice the fish sating in 2 inches of oil, dry out, so much food sating and cold. Even the hot things that suppose to be warm is cold. We both have been sick for 3 days. She is worst than me, vomiting, bowels running and gas. I am sick but not like her. I want recommend this place. Even a large family came in to eat and look over the food and left.
We had a great experience with Dragon City. Ordered our food and everything was nice and hot and delicious. Would highly recommend them.
This place is horrible!! Bugs and flies crawling on crab ragoon and egg rolls, meat that is cooked and left out all night ( like gen. Tso) no soap or paper towels ANYWHERE, kids running around the deep fryer and open flames, and they NEVER wash their hands!! I've had to call the health department (I worked there a week, I saw what they hide from the public in the back). If you have a tough stomach, you may tolerate it, but I do not. Not even worth a full star!
I think I may have had the worst meal of my life tonight! It tasted fine but when my SO and I got in the car to leave-it didn't take long for the stomach pain to begin! I got home and rushed to the bathroom getting violently sick!! I called them to report: in case they were using some outdated oil in the friers or something. She said "people eat here all day and no get sick, you must go to dr first then we give you insurance info". I didn't want her insurance info... I wanted her to change the grease or check in the kitchen!! I've eaten here before but NEVER will again!!I'm a nurse, I don't need a doctor for food poisoning. ... yet!! We'll see what tomorrow brings!EAT WITH CARE!!!!!
