We order at least once a week for delivery. Their food is great, they have very good salads which most other pizza places don't and their online ordering is very easy.
We went here on 7.1.17 around 6pm. I used to love going here when I was younger. We've been out of the state for a long time and recently moved back. While I like the new location, the service was very slow and we were the only ones in the dining room at the time. The pizza was over cooked and hard to chew. It really didn't taste all that well. The breadsticks were just awful and the cheese sauce was just as terrible. I could have bought the exact samething at Kroger. It definitely was not worth the 50.00 we spent there. I am just so disappointed and highly doubt that we will go back.
I normally do NOT eat pizza because I just don't care for it, but the deep dish pizza that we have been getting here is absolutely the BEST in our opinion, The bread sticks that we get (they are called :"sloppy" are out of this world!!! Wow, the employees are so nice and kind, I don't know how anyone could say anything but AWESOME!!! THANK YOU FOR NOT SERVING ALCOHOL.
My husband took me here about a month ago for lunch...wonderful atmosphere, great food and great service...normally I never give a two-thumbs up after eating at a place for the first time but I am most definitely giving the two-thumbs up sign for here....my favorite place to go to for great spaghetti and meatballs!!!!!
SO disappointed! The first Smokehouse Pizza we got from the Kettering Little Ceasar's was really, really great. I was ready to quit going to the more expensive pizza stores because it was so good and we could afford to go more often with their prices. The pizza looked just like the picture! LOTS of shredded beef brisket, pulled pork, bacon and plenty of BBQ sauce. The meat was so plentiful it literally fell off the slices when you picked them up, and it really was shredded. 2 slices and I was stuffed! This time we got two pizzas so we'd have some leftovers for lunch. The Smokehouse pizza today was a different story. The meat was more chopped up than shredded, and was so sparse! Nothing fell off when you picked a slice up- in fact there were spots where you could see the crust. Made me want to use the "Where's the beef?" slogan. The pizzas were also quite dry due to lack of BBQ sauce. So much for anticipating a great meal. To top it all off I had to wait over 30 minutes because they didn't have any ready. I was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes to make them. The only thing good about the visit was the young man at the counter, who kept checking to see if they were ready yet. He apologized multiple times for the delay, but thinking I was getting a really yummy pizza made the wait seem worth it. All I can say is I blew $18 for a terrible dinner. Family agrees. The trash got the leftovers. Won't make that mistake again and neither should you!
Don't order from here, you won't get your food. Tried to order by phone but to get what I wanted was told have to order online, so I did. When delivered I didn't get what I ordered. I called and was told, well there's nothing I can do with an online order that was messed up. Customer service sucks, employee attitude was crap.
I live all the way in OKC and recently a great friend moved away to travel for her new job. She is staying in your city for the week and was bummed she didn't have a valentine today. Thank you so much for helping me make my friends day by writing/drawing the special note I asked for on her pizza box. Great customer service! & she said it was delicious! Thanks again Domino's! You're the best.
Love old scratch best pizza around ! Great service and cool atmosphere! We went twice just this week
Placed an online order for Pepperoni and cheese stuff crust and 4 crazy bread. Estimated time of order to be ready was 25 minutes. I drove from Englewood which is a 25 minute drive and still waited an hour in the store. Finally after the wait my order was ready but they gave me my pizza and 2 crazy bread. Was told that I only ordered 2 and after telling them no I bought four and showed them my online order details they spent MORE of my time trying to figure out how to read their own receipt and finally decided that I did pay for four. As if the hour and a half wait that I had already spent wasn't enough. I had to drive back home 25 minutes. Only to realize that when I got back home my pizza was just a normal deep dish pepperoni pizza (Isn't this supposed to be a hot n ready anyway) which was not what I ordered. Proceeded to call the store who could not issue a refund and could not provide a corporate phone number as we were told to "google" it and was given excuse after excuse about our wait from being busy and our pizza falling apart 3 times mentioning that their new recipe for the stuffed crust was not holding up. Okay after the first time it fell apart how about offering the customer some options instead of attempting 3 times and then sneaking a regular deep dish pepperoni home with them. Proceeded to email corporate and have not heard from them after a weeks time. This store and business will waste your precious time and hard earned money!
Great atmosphere and set up with a cute outdoor patio. However there is only 1 size of pizza and it is very small, my husband and I left hungry. The pizza was good, paper thin crust however. $11 for a small pepperoni pizza in Dayton is pretty pricey. Good selection of craft and local beers, also pretty expensive for a beer in this area. Would be a great place to hang with friends and watch a game on the Tvs if you're not planning on a filling dinner. Small parking lot off the side but street parking seems pretty available too. Line moved quickly and we sat right down.
