Made my order wrong when I called back to tell them they made my order wrong Britney was very rude I asked for the district managers phone number she gave me the wrong phone number three times when I call back to get the correct phone number she hung up on me when I called back a third time they've turned on the fax machine to avoid My call no way I wouldn't trust somebody with customer service like that to do my food food preparation
RUDE MADE ORDER WRONG TWICE I stopped by subbys picked up carry out it was made wrong. I had a similar problem about two weeks earlier but did not call as I’m not one to complain. Well this time I decided to call and mention the issue to the store. I explained my current issue and went on to explain this was the second time in as many weeks. The person that answered the phone was very rude, there was no apology and I was asked “Am I looking for something” I replied yes I would like my order made correctly, then asked to speak to a manager, she replied she was a manager, so I asked for a phone number over her, I was given the corporate office. So I called the number and left a message explaining the two messed up orders and the rudeness of the manager. Apparently subbys corporate office does not care about customer service either as I have not even received a call back. So if you want your order made correctly, or just maybe receive good customer service I suggest you go to SUBWAY.
