I found the store staff at U.S. Polo Assn. Outlet less than knowledgeable. I was told the merchandise I bought was returnable for a refund within 30 days of purchase. There was no mention about what was refundable and what was only exchangeable.When I attempted to return the merchandise I was asked by the store manager if I had tried on the items. I said only one. The manager refused to refund my purchase. Instead, the only choice I was provided with was an exchange. I reluctantly accepted an exchange for a different size even though I wanted a refund. I got the merchandise home, took a look at it and determined it still wasn't what I thought it would be.I called American Express just in case the merchant wouldn't refund my money. American Express to the rescue. AmEx ruled in my favor and I never had to waste any more time and fuel attempting to get my money back from a less than customer friendly store manager. Most likely, I wouldn't shop at U.S. Polo Assn. ever again. I generously awarded the store two stars.
Better than the retail store
★☆☆☆☆ I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy. The woman who sold me a ring was very dishonest. She did not tell me that she charged me $90 for a protection plan she originally said was free and sold me a SILVER ring claiming it was GOLD! This place is comparable to a shady pawn shop! Do not give them your business!
