Try to order sight called retail store gave them part number there tech gave me could not tell if they had it in stock asked aren't you in the retail department said yes I am but all we do is write down order and give to someone else asked for order number they said they don't have a number called next day to see if I had a order lady I talked to said the same thing the guy the day before said so don't know if have a order or not
I will not be giving Williams my business any longer. They don't know what they are doing. I ordered a gun through Williams, the gun has a folding stock. Right before buying the gun, they measured it with a tape measure. Which is the WRONG way to do it, they should have went off of manufacture specs. Long story short they would not sell me a gun that I'm LEGALLY able to buy because of their ignorance. In the end I would rather go out of my way to go to a different gun shop and a different gun range then to give Williams my business. I would give them a zero star if I could.
Awesome shop with some of the best firearms prices in Michigan. I got my carbine that I use in 3 gun there $300 less than the best price I saw on line. They installed the ghost ring firesights on my 870 quickly while I waited. I know they can get busy so I don't shop on weekends. When I am there during the week I have always been helped and all of my questions answered honestly and professionally.
every time I have been here i have been treated very poorly. when i was looking at handguns the salesmen was going between me and several other people so i couldn't ask him any questions. From my experience there gun smithing is terrible too. I asked them to do a simple grip safety change on one of my guns and they messed it up. they will not get any more of my business and i tell everyone i know to stay away from this place.
lady on the phone was very rude. I have been going there for over 10 years spent thousands there. And I will not go back to a place that would let there employee talk to there customers like she talked to me I will spend my money where I will get treated fairly customer should be #1
I have been going to Williams for years, they have great customer service, it does take some waiting sometimes because of the number of customers some days but they are very good about answering any and all questions. I have bought a few pistols and a couple of rifles from them and never had a problem. Their ranges are good (not great), but the price reflects that also.

I ordered a fire sight from these folks and they sent me the wrong one in the right package. I sent it back for a refund. They sent it to me a second time and accused me of putting a different sight in the package and returning the different one. What kind of customer service is that? Their packaging is generic, they don't put serial numbers on their products...is it really so impossible for them to imagine that they could have dropped the wrong sight in the right package? Is it really better practice to accuse the customer of running some sort of gun sight swapping scheme?
Not only have they have left me sitting here with a $90 deficit and a sight that I can't use, they have also informed me that I am a scheming liar. I will NEVER do business with these people again. There are plenty of other sights on the market that are just as good if not better and I'll definitely take my money elsewhere from now on.
