TJ and Connor got here right on time and installed my new air/ furnace. They were prompt, friendly and did a goid job. They cleaned up before they left and made sure all was running good.

Very professional business. Eric and Cory who came out to install the furnace are very friendly and courteous and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I contacted Davison Heating & Cooling this morning after my furnace stopped working yesterday evening. The woman in the office was amazing! She was very professional and quickly dispatched a serviceman, within an hour, to my home. The service tech Cody Hogard was also equally amazing. He was extremely kind, professional, and was not pushy or trying to sell unneeded services or parts, which was most appreciated. He worked within my budget, was very honest about what to expect in the future with my furnace and I felt very comfortable with Cody working in my home. I had Davison Heating & Cooling install a new hot water heater a few years ago and was very pleased with the overall experience and very pleased to say that today they did not disappoint. Professional, efficient, and real, are my three words to describe the Davison Heating & Cooling staff and I'll never go with anyone else!

Dave S.,TJ,and Chad helped with getting a new air conditioner ASAP. I called with issues with our air conditioner they came out promptly diagnosed what was wrong. We ended up needing a whole new unit and installed it the next day. So thankful for kind and hard working men!! They were very informative and helpful.

My experience with Davison Heating & Cooling, was absolutely amazing!!!! The technician,Joe McCormick, was professional and very knowledgeable the job was performed and completed in a timely manner, part was ordered and he returned a completed the work as promised. Today, Trent and Tom came out and installed a Aprilaire 600M whole house Humidifier for me. They arrived on time, were very professional, explained the operation and answered questions that I had. They cleaned up after the job and were very polite. I would recommend Davison Heating for all my mechanical needs..

Each employee we dealt with at Davison Heating and Cooling did a great job at explaining everything thoroughly. The sales person, Dave S. gave us several options to choose from, meeting specific needs and variables. Corey and Eric exchanged our furnace and added a humidifier and replaced all the previous vents and gas lines, etc. They also showed us where the shut off valves were located and the filters that would need to be replaced every six months. They were friendly and respectful, making sure the area they worked at was spotless before they left. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking for a new furnace!

My water heater stopped working and I called Davison Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Chris came out first to look at it and scheduled a replacement for that day. Eric and Corey came out and removed the old water heater and installed a new one. It did not take that long and we had hot water again. I would call them again.

My 24 year old Carrier had its last winter. I contacted Davison Heating and Cooling in a pickle because it’s January in Michigan.
Brand presentation and price options with Joe was the beginning of a phenomenal experience with Davison H&C. It finished with Eric and Corey M. Providing fantastic customer service in installation and explanation of my new Bryant system.
They were on time and went above and beyond to meet my and my homes heating and a/c needs. They laid down covers on floor and stairs and left no mess throughout job. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Recently, had a new water heater installed. The workers T. J. and Corey were wonderful. They showed up on time. Put carpet protection down. They were very professional and worked in a very timely manner. At the end T. J. showed me how the new water heater worked. I highly recommend this company. Also, have T.J. and Corey do the work.

Had a furnace installed in November by TJ Cavanaugh and Corey Moore. Both were professional and polite. They respected our home and my family while working diligently. Had an appointment for a furnace cleaning/inspection. Good thing we did. Brien found a crack in the heat exchanger and believe it or not 29 hours we had a new furnace and A/C unit (our choice). Joe Ploof set everything up and Paul, Trent and Rick made it happen. In six hours the old was out the the new was in. Great bunch of guys!! Friendly, fast and efficient!! We highly recommend.

Joe P. was the salesperson who assisted in the selection of the replacement furnace for our home. Trent N. and Adam D. did the installation Friday, Aug. 31st. They arrived a bit late because of an order mix up, but worked straight thru until after 6pm finishing up the job. They explained the new thermostat thoroughly, answered all of our questions and did a fine job cleaning up. We would recommend this team to anyone!!

I can't THANK Davison Heating & Cooling enough!! They installed our whole house generator and AC for us. From our Sales guy Joe Ploof and our Installers Dave O and Trent....everything was perfect!! They were on time, polite, courteous, and extremely professional. They cleaned up their area after finishing. We are grateful for the wonderful team you have!! You guys exceeded our expectations!!!!!!!!!

I had to replace my air conditioner, and everything that goes with it. I chose Davison Heating and Cooling because my previous unit (from them) lasted 27 years, with just a few service calls. I purchased my new unit from Joe, who explained all of my options thoroughly and checked back a few times to help make the process go smoothly. Eric and Tom installed my unit. They were friendly, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up as if they'd never been here! It was a smooth experience!

Honest ,reliable, competent service. Davison Heating & Cooling just finished a new installation of a Lochinvar high efficiency boiler and indirect water heater system for us. I wish all home improvement experiences were this great. We called for a repair on our old fuel oil furnace. Brien did the service call, and carefully explained our options without any pressure to select a new furnace over the repair. When we decided to purchase new, he made the call to set up a sales call that afternoon (knowing we were without heat). Joe Ploof was at our door that afternoon. Again, he looked over our current set up and needs, and offered several recommendations. We are converting to propane, so he also took the time to walk us through the process and made sure we had everything in place. 2 days later, Ed and Jim came for the install. They covered the 3 P's - polite, professional and pleasant. They were hard working and quickly had the system in place. Joe stopped by during the install to make sure I was happy, and that things were progressing well. Just an all around perfect experience! I will recommend this company to everyone!
