Dr. Childs is the best Vet that I have ever had for my pets. He is so kind, understanding and thoughtful. The staff are friendly and very efficient . I have highly recommended Dr. Childs to friends, who are also very pleased with his service. He is so great with the pets, you can see he is really dedicated. Congratulations on your beautiful new facility.

Friendly, caring, and reasonable pricing! Dr. Childs is genuinely caring of each and every one of my seven cats. He honestly cares about the animal and about the people who own it. This is the FIRST vet I've ever been to that actually reduces their exam fee for short examinations such as ''oh they're fine''. They give group discounts on cats. But you don't sacrifice any service by getting this inexpensively. In fact, Dr. Childs has the best service and care for an animal that I have ever seen as well as the best prices I've ever seen! As long as he's in business, I'm a life-time customer!

I tried this clinic several times for vaccines for my 2 dogs & cat. Staff is too busy socalizing w/each other to remember your in waiting room. Tech stabbed my cat 5 times before finally vaccinated him. Rooms are not clean. The office too small and unorganized. Pay a bit more, go elsewhere if you value your pets..

Dr. Child's is a loving, caring vet. He takes care of each of my animals as if they were his own. He listens to what you have to say, asks questions, and gives you advise. He is not pushy and takes all the time you need as a customer. The biggest thing I like is that you always get him to see your animals. At other offices you don't know who you are getting and they don't know the history of your animal. Not knowing the history of your animal means you have to spend half of your visit explaining what has gone on so far with your animal.

Dr. Childs and his entire staff truly care about their patients (animals)!!! Everyone is friendly and professional. Their rates are reasonable and my dogs love going there. If there was an option for six stars, I would give them that for a rating.

They did a really great job with my dog and you can tell they are pet friendly. The prices are also great. I did some calling around and they seem to be the best.

Finding a good vet is just as hard as finding a good pediatrician. And when you find one, you are loathe to part with them. That's part of the reason I will continue to drive from Lansing to see Dr. Childs and his terrific staff at their brand new clinic. This clinic is warm, friendly and intimate. You know, whether it's for 20 mins or overnight, that your pet will be treated like their own. Rates are AWESOME (rescue friendly) and the environment is so cozy, you hardly feel like in your in a vet clinic at all. And bes of all, my dog loves to go!! Dr. Childs has gotten on his knees to rub her belly and gone out of his way to make her feel secure there. It is definitely worth the trip to see him!!!
