This was my experience at this dealership..On Thu, Jun 9, 2016 at 6:13 PM i meet with a sales rep at Hanlees Davis Nissan, Her name was Xang Vang, i told her i was there to see if i can trade in my current car for a new i expand to Her (Xang Vang) that i didn't want my credit to be checked or ran until i will see all the numbers, she acknowledged my request, however said lets start application to get all your information, so if you do want to purchase it we will save time, i told her okay but don't run my credit score until all the number will be shown. she said sure of course. ones i saw all the numbers i was not interested and walked away. couple days later i revered a latter from Experian that my credit was ran. i called and talk to their GM, i explained everything, he's replay was, call your attorney. i told him repeatedly that i did not authorize my CR to be rain ..(Ajay Dhami) GM was not helpful, and would not try to understand my complaint or concern.

One of the worst dealerships in terms of their customer service and their appointment scheduling system. I have been using their services for about 3 years now (just because they are close to where I live) and every year I have at least 3-4 bad experiences with them. One time they broke my front window's glass. The other time they made me wait for 3 hours just to discover what's wrong with my car. Just recently one of the service advisors lied to me for several times in just one visit and even after I complained to his manager, he never apologized for his behavior. He simply said he is busy! They did give me a 10% discount but I prefer at least seeing the service advisor care about me as a customer other than receiving discounts

He reassured us he would be there and was when we arrived at the dealership, he and others personally helped us transfer all our camping gear from our dead car to the rental and assured us he would oversee the diagnosis and, if practical, the repair of our vehicle.
Full disclosure: I've come here for many years and have always loved this place.
