So I saw a 2010 BMW 135i just 5 hours after it was posted. I immediately called and got in touch with Giancarlo. Very professional and helpful. I set up an appointment to see the vehicle 2 days from the day I called. On the day of my appointment I called Giancarlo and he told me the car was not there at the moment and that they were closing up early that day. So I reschuled for the following week on a Monday. Got out of work early just to be told the car was now at BMW getting the turbos replace and other parts as well. So I once again rescheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday I left work early once again to be told they were closing EARLY and that the owner of the dealership (Larry) had taken the car to test and to go and purchase more vehicles. ONCE AGAIN I reschedule to see the vehicle for Thursday afternoon. After driving 2 whole hours to their dealership on that Thursday I get told I cannot test drive the vehicle because it has an ABS issue..... but if I want the car to go ahead and start the paperwork and pay the down payment.... I tell them I will wait over the weekend for them to get it fixed and I will be back Monday to test drive and purchase the vehicle. ALSO they stated on all of their posts of this vehicle that it was a ONE OWNER, which was a LIE. Car was a 3 owner. So Monday finally comes and I was advised that the owner of the dealer now wants to keep the car to give to his son.... I called the dealer several times to find out if this was true and just got treated terribly by them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY,
they fake every car report and damages the car or truck has. even water damage.dont even go there you will be taken advantage in every way.consumer , criminal investigation needed

To be honest EZ Auto was the 2nd dealership I went to. the first placed acted like I was nothing and they just didn't care!I had horrible credit but they still worked with me to get into a car! Because of them, I got into a great car and I am also able to Lyft on the weekends to make extra money!!!! I just have to say thank you guys for everything and I will always tell my friends about them!

Worst Experience EVER! I just went here to return a Penske truck. The staff tried to say that I didn't fill it up. 3 miles back, I had filled it till the pump clicked off and there there was fuel visible in the neck of the tank. That was how I was told to check the level at the place I got it from (one way move) But Dan's was still giving be grief saying they will have to charge me for more fuel. So while I was on the phone with Penske sorting it out, Dan himself came by and personally CURSED ME OUT and kicked me off his lot. I have never been treated so badly, especially for no reason at all. Then I went online and saw all the other reviews. Wow, these guys are terrible. I suggest you STAY AWAY! These people ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND! They have terrible customer service, and by all the reviews, are shady and deceitful. Do your homework folks, there are so many better alternatives. Don't give these shysters your money.
We purchased a 2010 F-250 Diesel , easy NO one pushing you to buy. The sales guy Robert was really easy to get along with and kicked in a few extras.
I have been looking for a Diesel F-250 for a long time and this place has a very large selection. Apart from the interest rate being a little bit high this place treats people with respect and the trucks are very clean.Would buy there again , Rob the salesman was great !!
