2 almost 3 months and still no cpap. They told us 2 days ago the doctor did not sign the script. He says he sent the script 3 times and he kept a copy of the script. Not good. We will be going to another company fot the cpap.
Expensive, slow, and low quality scooter service.Stay away from this place, it is a rip off.Customer Service is non-existent. They have a rat trap on the wall at the cashier's counter that serves as a push button for complaints. That should tell you something about what they think of their customers satisfaction.
Messed up my ride disconnect kill switch . Did not say anything . Messed up my electric harness that's very expensive . Overcharged pricing . Shady work ..
United Health Systems engages in deceptive business practices by substituting products. They refuse to fulfill prescriptions as written by my doctor and as covered by my insurer Coventry. My doctor sent a prescription specifically for a RESmed S9 Autoset APAP. My doctor specifically prescribed this machine because of it's logging capability because I am scheduled to visit his office on a monthly basis so he can analyze the data logged by this machine. United Health Systems pulled a Bait & Switch and tried to have me take a S9 Escape which is not an APAP but a CPAP and does not log the data my doctor needs for my treatment plan. I did not take the machine and informed them it was not the right one.They said they would order the correct machine. I went a second time to pick up my prescription and again they had pulled a Bait & Switch and ordered a S9 Auto Escape which was an APAP but did not log data as required for my treatment. Again I did not take the machine. At this point they told me they would not fill the prescription as written unless I paid an extra $300 dollars as my insurance would not cover it. I called my insurer Coventry and learned that United Health Systems had already put in a claim for my prescription on 6/21/14 and Coventry had approved and paid it in full.Coventry informed me that United Health Systems was required to fill the prescription as written. I called United Health Systems and they still refused to deliver the equipment they had charged for. I spoke to Director Luis who hung on me and would not honor the prescription. He stated he knew more than my doctor and I had to take whatever machine they would give me. I have ask to speak to Mr. Dennis Anglin(Administrator)and Mrs Misty Anglin(President)and have gotten nowhere. I have asked for Director Luis's last name and everybody I speak to refuses to give me his full name. I have now reported United Health Systems claim as fraudulent to Coventry's Fraud Investigative unit.
This company is horrible, customer service is NOT professional, they are rude, they will bill you without your approval or any service render. I will report and file a claim. Horrible experience STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
this place is a straight up lie anything scooters what a joke engine swaps in America or any country is the most common thing for any automotive enthusiast come on let's be honest everybody wants to go faster I called today to see if they can switch my 49 CC to a 150 CC and I have all the parts the sway arm the shocks the engine and the engine mount with the back wheel only what I asked them to do is cut a weld 2 shock mounts to my frame and the engine mount to the frame anything scooters with a name like that you should be able to do it no hesitation but sadly they turned my project down stating that it is illegal to switch engines which is a bunch of BS the only thing that would be illegal about it is not getting a MC license which I have my overall rating to this place out of 1 to 10 is a absolute one I would not recommend this place if you want any real power out of your bike they just might say is he legal
My husband and I have been coming to you all for years now and we love all the work you have put into our scooter. We wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you both for all the time and hard work you have put into making us happy.
I purchased a brand new M1 scooter from keith about 7 months ago for a little over 1000 dollars . During my first ride I stopped by a fast food place turned it off and when I got my food and turned it back on the whole ignition came out!!! I called keith and he towed me brought me back to the shop fixed it but in the process of changing the ignition broke the lock so now I couldn't lock it. The first month of driving it the scooter repeatedly shut off on me and not to mention the muffler which was already loose when I bought it came to the point where it was almost falling off. I took it back to keith to fix the starter and he told me there were other things wrong with it. Blaming it on the rain and me not taking good care of it instead of taking responsibility for selling me a dud. after "fixing" the problems he charged me almost 350 dollars not covering anything with my useless warranty. 2 weeks later it wouldn't start not to mention the horn or the kickstart wouldn't work so he did a very poor job fixing the electrical system. I took it back and he tried to charge me for a new starter thing. I told him I don't have the money and told him I would pay for it another time. 2 days later!!! It wouldn't start again and when I took it back he called me the day after and wanted me to pay 150 dollars for something he didn't fix properly in the first place. I finally decided to tell him how I feel and critiqued him on his poor service and repairs so he changed the price to 50 dollars. A month later today it wouldn't start again so icalled him and he said he doesn't want to deal with me anymore even though ive given him almost 2 grand. Im writing this review because I care enough about service and honesty to try and deter people from suffering the same experience that I went through I wouldn't wish this kind of situation on my worst enemy. Keiths wife is great loves the customers and only wants thebest for them but KEITH IS A TERRIBLE PERSON A LIAR A THEIF A SCAM ARTIST. PLEASE IM BEGGING POTENTIAL FUTURE CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Even if it is a bit more for an oil change than other places its worth the ease of mind I've been to a few dealers and they are all horrible I came here and thought that's a littl e high and I asked him to check on some things and get back to me on a price. That's the only thing I would have been upset about if I didn't have the money because he never calls you for the estimate he just does the work it'll get him in trouble one of these days but he does good work and. An oil change ever 1000 miles sounds good to me
